Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature controlled up to 1080 density, followed by the addition of wine spirit to 77% and prolonged skin maceration until March of the following year. Stage of 9 years in half French oak barrels. Golden amber wine, concentrated, rich and very complex, with aromas to remember honey and orange peel well conjugated with wood. In the mouth is full and sweet revealing good acidity that gives it freshness. End of mouth persistent and very prolonged. Contains sulfites.

Fermentation is stopped with the addition of brandy, in this case from the French region of Armagnac. The wine undergoes skin maceration for 3 months. Aging in used wooden casks. No bottle stage as it does not evolve after bottling. Honey color, aroma of banana, very ripe pear and nougat. Flavor of ripe banana, dried fruits, pine nuts and almonds wrapped in caramelized sugar. This Moscatel Roxo is the result of intense work distributed between the vineyard and the winery. The vineyard was accompanied and spoiled all the time so that the yields did not exceed 2500 liters / ha and the grapes arrived at the winery in the sanitary state and ideal maturation. In the Adega winemaking was idealized "own" for this product, different from what was customary in other companies in the region. It consists of an intense selection of bunches followed by a pre-fermentative maceration for 5 days, after which the fermentation is allowed to start very slowly homogeneously throughout the vat reaching 3/4 of the fermentation in 3 days, benefiting this wine with the best wine spirits available in the market selected by the technicians of the company, followed by a post-fermentative maceration of 5 long months. The final stage is made in barrels of 225 liters of French Oak (used 2 to 3 Wines), where it is to concentrate. For this wine were selected the best barrels. It has a dark topaz color, floral aroma and spices. Round, very soft and fresh flavor with very long finish. Contains sulfites.
