Grapes harvested by hand and transported to the cellar in 20kg boxes, then placed in stainless steel vats with full bunch, where they are fermented with native yeast and minimal intervention. Aging for 18 months in stainless steel vat. Legitimate uses the normal Douro grape varieties, but seeks the same seductive appeal that the Bastard offers, a spicy and greedy lightness that makes it soft, fresh and appetizing. Grapes harvested by hand and transported to the cellar in 20kg boxes, then stepped on foot in granite presses, without destemming and without adding yeast. As soon as the alcoholic fermentation ends, the wine is transferred to stainless steel vats. Aging for 10 months in stainless steel vats. It has an aroma with very ripe strawberries and cherries, fresh leaves, aromatic herbs and spices. In the mouth it shows good definition and well-focused acidity, concentrated body, fine tannins and long finish. Complex, round, deep, a red that deceives the eye, with rosé color but with depth that belies visual impressions. Contains sulfites.

Grapes are harvested by hand into small boxes before being refrigerated and then pressed into a pneumatic press without destemming. Cold decanting, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled French oak barrels and regular bottling up to one month before bottling. Aging 11 months in used French oak barrels, with regular bâtonnage and 6 months in bottle. It is a wine of extraordinary rarity, with incredible precision and definition, an expectation of longevity of 25 or more years, and immediately established itself as a cult white wine. Subsequently, these rums were mixed and staged again in selected barrels. The Havana Club Selección de Maestros distinguishes itself by its warm amber color with a deep red glow. Light aroma, with toasted notes and spices, reveals its robust origin, with aromas of tobacco and presence of nunaces of wood. It is Murganheira's new top sparkling wine, which seeks to symbolize the whole philosophy of the house and is only sold in the company's store. Made from an assemblage of Pinot (Noir, Blanc and Meunier) it reveals impressive depth and aromatic complexity, with biscuits, brioche, citrus, spices, intertwined in a set of great refinement. The fruit has remarkable quality, the fine bubble crumbles in the creamy mouth, the wine shines brightly in freshness, sophistication, class. Only 1,000 magnum bottles of this precious were tasted. Quinta da Calçada Reserva Bruto Imperial White
Vineyards located at the foot of the Serra do Marão, with a strong maritime influence, the Alvarinho and Loureiro grapes were gently pressed. The must was fermented in French oak barrels and the wine was then aged there for 1 year. The elaboration, following the classic method, took place in our cellar at controlled temperature, followed by a one-year aging in bottle. Degorgement and 2 months of final stage in bottle were carried out. This sparkling wine has a bright yellow citrus color, with slight golden nuances. Elegant and persistent aroma, with light notes of brioche and dried fruits involved by the high salinity and minerality of the region. Good volume in the mouth, light toasted, complex and crunchy acidity resulting in a persistent and long finish. Contains sulfites.
Cartuxa Reserva Bruto White
Base wine produced from rigorously selected grapes harvested in the ideal maturation stage for production of a sparkling wine. Fermentation at controlled temperature, carried out in French oak barrels. Stage sore fine rubs for 6 months with periodic batonnage. Second fermentation in bottle by the classic method, followed by stage on sludge and intermediate batonnages during 5 years, in the cellars of the Cartuxa Monastery. Contains sulfites.

Produced from the Baga and Chardonnay varieties. The Chardonnay variety contributes its aromatic complexity and the Berry with the structure and persistence of a blanc de noir. The pre bottling stage and the 52 months south lays harmonized this set which, above all, intends to be a reference not only in sparkling DOC Bairrada but at National level. Pale yellow color, aromatic buttery and toasted notes. In the mouth it is fresh, bulky with an impressive mousse. It finishes fresh and with great persistence. Contains sulfites.

In 2015 we enjoyed long and slow maturations that our older strains and our best plots have taken advantage of to provide grapes with an exemplary balance between acidity and tannins. The two grape varieties that benefited most with the exceptional goodness of nature were Syrah and Alicante Bouschet, providing grapes in perfect maturity. With raw material so good we prefer to work them little, letting the grapes speak for themselves. That's why we did little more than one walk on our wineries, according to the most traditional methods of the region, followed by a stage in new barrels and barrels of second year of French oak, letting the wine express itself in the purest form .
Very fleshy red color. Tense and closed, concentrated and powerful, floral and fruity, it ends with some earthy notes that add complexity. Silky and velvety in texture, it is an intense and structured red, vigorous but not aggressive, complex and elegant, fresh finish and great guarding potential.

Singular White
The Singular is a Verdes Wine, produced mainly with grapes from Old Vines in conversion for organic production and selected exclusively by the oenologist. Citrine color with crystalline shades. It has aromas of tropical fruit with a rich and complex palate. A long and pleasant ending. Vocation to the table! This wine will evolve well in the next three to five years. Contains Sulfites.
Monólogo Malvasia Fina White
Grapes reception in the cellar in 24kg boxes. Manual selection followed by destemming, skin maceration and gentle pneumatic pressing. The must ferments in stainless steel vats at low temperature. Stabilization and light filtration. Special care was taken in the winemaking, minimizing any intervention, with the aim of producing a wine that expresses well the particularities of the grapes and terroir. Produced at Quinta de Santa Teresa, with grapes from the P70 plot, this Monólogo is a monovarieous wine with an aromatic profile, long in the mouth and persistent. These characteristics, typical of the variety, have been appreciated since ancient Greece, where Malvasia Fina comes from. On the nose we find freshness and smoky aromas, quartz and nutmeg. On the palate it is pleasant, balanced and unctuous, showing notes of granitic influence, spices and pear. Contains sulfites.
