Partial fermentation of 15% in used Hungarian oak barrels and 85% in stainless steel vats at a constant temperature of 16ºC for a period of 21 days. Natural aging in contact with fine lees for 20 months in stainless steel vats, followed by aging in the bottle for 9 months. Minimal intervention. Medium pale color, straw hue. Delicate aroma of orange blossom combined with white stone fruit. In the mouth it has a long finish, with a balanced volume.

Pale pink color that reveals a delicate rosé. It is complex and intense on the nose with notes of red fruits, floral touches and evident minerality. This rose on the nose presents aromas of red fruits in the mouth it is wide and voluminous with a medium finish.

The first aroma we have is well integrated barrel notes. In the wine, we have white stone fruits such as apricots and peaches that are reminiscent of the great Dão wines. Citrus fruits that give some nose freshness to the wine. It has a pleasant breadth and a large mouth volume that accompanies the tasting from the beginning to the end. It is a wine that has some bitterness at the end, characteristic of gastronomic wines that go very well with food. It has a long and persistent finish.

Encruzado is a harmonious, precise, complex wine with excellent acidity and a long aftertaste.

After fermentation, it was transferred to new 225L French oak barrels, where it remained for 9 months until completing the malolactic fermentation here.
