Teeling Single Grain Irish Whiskey is crafted using an unconventional mash bill consisting of 95% corn and 5% malted barley that has been triple distilled and matured exclusively in French oak Ex-Cabernet Sauvignon red wine casks from California. Producing a truly unique Irish Whiskey.

Through innovative cask maturation and finishing techniques, we have crafted a unique, award-winning Teeling Irish Single Malt Whiskey full of flavour.
Made with Irish Whiskeys distilled from 100% malted barley, matured and finished in casks that impart the influence of five wine casks (Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy, Cabernet Sauvignon). This Irish Single Malt Whiskey delivers a unique fruit-forward flavour profile that is complex, yet balanced and has often been described as “a symphony” of flavour.
Teeling Small Batch
Our Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey is the flagship of our award winning Irish Whiskey range. It is a celebration of our spirit of innovation here at Teeling Whiskey, with each step of the process imparting a distinct character unique to us. Hand selected casks of grain and malt whiskey are initially fully aged in ex-bourbon barrels, then married together in Central American rum casks for up to 12 months for a unique, dried fruit profile.

Our 6-year-old rum, carefully aged in French oak barrels, has been blended with a 25-year-old rum, certainly one of the last rums to be produced at the old Hinton Mill facility, the latter was also subjected to a new aging process in our casks for another 3 years.
Finally, the product that resulted from this unique combination of rums of different ages was subjected to a final stage with a duration of 9 months..

Our 6-year-old rum, carefully aged in French oak barrels, has been blended with a 25-year-old rum, certainly one of the last rums to be produced at the old Hinton Mill facility, the latter was also subjected to a new aging process in our casks for another 3 years.

Teeling Sommelier Selection Douro Old Vines
Teeling Sommelier Selection includes variants of Small Batch Irish Whiskey in which high quality wine barrels are used for secondary aging instead of rum. After barrels of French and Italian wines, the 5th release will see for the first time maturation in barrels of red wine from the Portuguese Douro Valley, whose wine was pressed from the harvest of vines over 25 years old. These casks enrich the light, fruity-floral whiskey with hints of dark fruit and spice. Aromas of ripe plums and currants accompanied by dates and spicy notes. Intense palate, but well balanced with black pepper and tannins alongside sour cherry and rich dark fruit flavors. Medium and fruity-spicy finish with dry tannins and warm spices.

The second release in the annual limited series continues to draw inspiration from our deeply rooted connection to the natural world. Each launch of the collection reveals different packaging that incorporates organic by-products and gives them a new life. It has a cream color, with aromas of tiramisu, cappuccino, gingerbread, raisins, almonds, sweet oak, vanilla. Flavor of dark chocolate, raisins, tiramisu, blackberry, vanilla, Brazil nuts, sweet oak. Aftertaste with long, dark roasted coffee, balanced and sweet.

The Macallan M Decanter
The Macallan M features one of the darkest colors ever produced by the brand and is entirely natural. It presents a delicate palate of dates, figs, ginger, nutmeg, roasted apple, fine pastries and aniseed. Punctuates with old wood, fresh tobacco and light notes of dried fruit. On the palate, notes of ginger and nutmeg emerge that intertwine with dates, roasted apple, orange essential oil and dark chocolate, giving way to sweet vanilla and rich wood until aromas of spices and coconut return. The finish is rich, warm with woody spices, ginger and raisins.
The Macallan Sherry Oak 30 Years
This distinctive single malt is matured for thirty years in oak barrels seasoned with Oloroso sherry from Jerez, Spain. Remaining undisturbed in the same casks over this thirty-year period, the maturing spirit transforms to create this luxurious naturally dark single malt whiskey, characterized by its rich flavors of dried fruit, orange and spice.
The Macallan Double Cask 30 Years
Acclaimed photographer and artist Erik Madigan Heck drew inspiration from the nature and landscape of The Macallan Estate when capturing the complex flavor of The Macallan Double Cask 30 Years Old. The whiskey itself is a rich, luxurious blend of flavor, and Erik Madigan Heck has used natural light to capture this depth of character in his still life. The reflective surface enhances the idea of flavors blending together - almost as if they merge seamlessly as one - with the soft focus echoing the long-lasting taste experience.? The natural color of the whiskey's golden acorn is the focal point of the photo. Its rich hue and translucent sheen influenced the color palette of the overall piece, with soft caramels and browns and hints of red and green once again showing the depth of its flavor profile.

It features hints of honey, malt and soft oak, leading to a well-rounded, long-lasting finish. To honor Jack Daniel's heritage, the embossed bottle design pays homage to the iconic 1895 launch. It features aromas of dried fruit, oak and toast. Honey sweetness with underlying grain spice and dry oak. Rounded off with toasted bread and a touch of charcoal.

Alfred Giraud Intrigue
Powerful and inviting whisky symbolizes the harmony achieved through our blending and aging techniques. With a blend of two unpeated French malt distillates that have matured in different barrels, the majority in extra-old cognac barrels and a proportion in new French Limousin and American oak barrels. Once the ideal blend is achieved, the double malt ages exclusively in extra-old cognac barrels, where it develops complex and balanced flavors. Finally, it is mixed with a lightly peated French malt distillate and finished in the same old cognac barrels until it reaches its ideal flavor.

Clear and bright with dark mahogany highlights. The nose is marked by intense aromas against a warm background. Notes of roasted coffee and chocolate on a woody base, on a background of fruity notes, spices of dried fruits and nutmeg. Broad and rich flavor on the palate. Stone fruits come with strong, rounded notes of roasted coffee.
Depaz Vintage 2002
Depaz Vintage 2002 is aged for a minimum of 11 years in selected small oak barrels. The result is a unique palate full of aromas. Mature rum with a complex richness of aromas. Delicately spicy notes on the nose. A blend of spices, roasted dried fruit, vanilla coffee, vanilla pastry, chocolate, rich cocoa and rose and violet jam. A very fine aged rum that develops bold and balanced aromas.
Depaz Single Cask 2003
Made from the 2003 harvest, this rum is aged in oak barrels for at least 11 years. Each bottle comes from a single barrel selected by the Cellar Master. A rich rum with delicate and charming aromas. Delicate oak notes well balanced with hints of chocolate, spices, toasted dried fruits, coffee and vanilla. Aroma of chocolate, rich cocoa, rose jelly and old port. Delicate aromas of jasmine, narcissus and black tea, as well as delicate and elegant touches of sandalwood.
Depaz Port Cask Finish
Depaz Port Cask Finish is matured for at least 8 years in specially selected small oak barrels. It is then finished for 11 months in Port wine casks that give it rich aromas of fig and cooked fruit. Delicately structured oak notes with vanilla, chocolate and ripe fruits. Soft oak flavor, followed by vanilla and chocolate pastry. Notes of mature Port develop, velvety with hazelnut, dried fruits, cocoa and rose jam. The finish reveals lingering notes of subtle jasmine, coffee and plum.

Rich in bergamot oil, Earl Gray tea is introduced into the distillation process rich in juniper – along with rose petals – to create a gin that is as British as possible. Bergamot oil adds a velvety mouthfeel. Coriander and angelica bring, respectively, citrus and licorice. And the white tea leaves add texture. With the whole set united by the rose.
Komaso Ichigo
Komasa Ichigo gin is the third in the range created at the Hioki distillery by Komasa Jyozo, a producer of traditional alcoholic drinks founded in 1883 on the island of Kyushu. Made from a bouquet of classic botanicals, including juniper berries, this gin also includes original and unusual ingredients in its recipe, such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and basil. All harvested locally, Komasa Jyozo is part of a sustainable philosophy by establishing partnerships with farmers in the Kagoshima region, whose strawberry cultivation is one of their specialties. Sweet and spicy, Komasa Ichigo gin is perfectly balanced with the contribution of basil responsible for counterbalancing the sweetness of the red fruits. Its refreshing side makes it an ideal ingredient for enhancing cocktail recipes.
Drumsanbo Sardinian Citrus
Eight botanicals (juniper berries, angelica root, orris root, caraway seeds, coriander seeds, sweet meadow, cardamom and anise) are slowly distilled in a copper pot. Then, four botanicals are fused in steam (gunpowder tea, Chinese lemon, oriental grapefruit and kaffir lime). Overall, it is a very balanced and surprising gin.
