Old Portuguese Spirit

Áurea Old Vine Spirits have a topaz color with a clear and crystalline appearance. This brandy was distilled twice from selected wines and then aged in French oak barrels for over 20 years. Enveloping flavor, soft, with excellent body and volume, spices and vanilla in prominence. Exuberant aroma, intense in notes of sweet almonds, apricot, dehydrated, vanilla, toasted spices and balsamic. Prolonged and captivating finish. Aged in French oak casks for 10 years.

The brandy Velha Vínica Primavera Capuchinha has a crystalline tone and topaz color. This brandy was distilled twice from selected wines and then aged in French oak barrels. Wine brandy is complex on the palate, with notes of roasted dried fruit, with a fine and refined taste. High quality brandy, obtained from the distillation of new wines from the Baga and Castelão grape varieties in a charantês still and aged in national and American oak casks for 8 years.  

The Bagaceira old Costa Boal brandy results from a selection of pomace from our wines. It is made with slow double distillation in a traditional still. Aging in oak barrels, which gives it a delicate and elegant color and aroma. Honey color, fragrant and penetrating pomace aroma, softened by the touch of wood. Light spicy notes. In the mouth it is full-bodied, with an enveloping, velvety flavor and a persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

Careful selection of grapes grown at Quinta do Valdoeiro. Total destemming and fermentation at controlled temperature. Stage in oak barrels for 12 months. Complex, smooth and fruity brandy, where notes of flowers, fruits and vanilla stand out, both in the nose and in the mouth.
