The Brut Rosé is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir vinified as red wine. Its pale and bright pink colour is adorned with warm glints of gold and its delicate slowly rising bubbles give it a persistent mousse. This cuvée unveils a subtle aroma leading to an elegant, delicate bouquet of fine notes of red fruits and zest of citrus fruits. Its special method of vinification gives this cuvée a light, elegant flavour, followed by a fresh finish with a taste of raspberry.
This rosé champagne is an ideal partner as an aperitif and can also accompany a dish of wild salmon or sushi. For dessert, it will add a sublime touch to red fruit flavours. Contains sulfites.

The Real Companhia Velha Espumante Rosé Crude is the result of a careful selection of Pinot Noir from Quinta de Cidrô in São João da Pesqueira. Of intense and splendorous tonality. It has a very vivid pink coloration. The bubbles are thin and the foam is persistent. The aroma is ample and expressive, at the same time fresh and young. Exudes aromas of red fruits (wild raspberry, freshly crushed, cherry, and cassis). In the mouth, it emits a subtle balance between velvety and full bodied. Yellow golden straw color. The foam is discreet and persistent. In the nose, very expressive and open, it is at the same time fruity. It exudes aromas of peach, white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) and vanilla beans. The palate is lively, fresh and harmonious. Expresses flavors of fruits and honey. Contains sulfites.
Dinamite Blanc de Noirs Grande Reserva White
Total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing with alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Second bottle fermentation according to the traditional method. Aged for 48 months in the bottle. Pale copper color. Intense and complex aroma, dry fruits, bread yeast stand out in an austere set. On the palate the blister is fine and abundant with smooth and creamy foam. Reveals freshness and persistence at the end. Contains sulfites.
Hibernus Grande Cuvée Bruto Natural White
Elaborated according to the classic method, with bottle fermentation, just like the world's great sparkling wines. The base wine was partially fermented in oak barrels, which gave rise to a very distinct product. Its minimum stage on lees was 25 months. It is one of the very rare Portuguese sparkling wines, the date of which is shown on the packaging. Contains sulfites.
