Pacheca 30 Year Old Tawny
Pacheca 30 year old Tawny Port is a wine resulting from several Port wines that aged in old 550 liter barrels over many years in the cool warehouse at Quinta da Pacheca. During aging, the wine loses its color, becoming orange/red. Traditional red grape varieties from the Douro region originating from old vines. Its original red color gives way to amber tones. Its flavor is enriched by a combination of nuts, dried fruits and the aromas of red fruits. .
Pacheca 20 Years Tawny
Pacheca Porto Tawny 20 Years is a wine resulting from a batch of several Port Wines that aged in oak casks over many years in the cool warehouse at Quinta da Pacheca. During the aging of the wine it acquires its characteristic amber-brownish color. It presents itself with an elegant nose, combining aromas of dried fruits and complex notes of chocolate, buttery caramel and fine oak wood .

Vinified from grapes from farms in the Pinhão area, using traditional technology of Port Wine. Following the choice of grapes, crushing and destemming, very intense maceration is followed during the period of alcoholic fermentation, through stepping in granite wineries with controlled temperature. The balance and harmony of this Vintage, as well as its body and structure, are obtained through the selection of grapes, the intensity of maceration and the choice of the moment of the fermentation stop. Opaque, almost black color. Intense aroma of good complexity, with balsamic notes of resins, cedars and tobacco boxes, spiced like pepper, cloves and very mature black fruits. In the mouth presents a good attack, with well integrated acidity, tannins of very good quality, resin aromas and slightly floral with a long finish and great balance. Contains sulfites.

Niepoort Vintage 2019 Ruby
All Vintage 2019 components were trodden in granite presses with 100% stalk. The wines were transferred shortly after the harvest, aging in the Douro, in barrels, during the winter. The appearance is marked by a wonderful dark purple border and a great depth of color. The aroma is fine and moderate, with primary notes of dark fruits and some spices. The true style and potential of this wine come together on the palate, with a wonderful integration of dark fruits and a grainy tannic structure; an extraordinary balance between volume and elegance, resulting in an impressive aftertaste. In short, the primary fruit in the mouth can be appealing at this stage, but it is the balanced tannic structure that indicates the great aging potential of this wine in the future. Quinta dos Muros Vintage 2016 Ruby
Manual harvesting carried in small boxes. Maceration in stainless steel mill and vat at an approximate temperature of 28-30ºC. Stage 1 year in hull, with filling in the second year. Produced from grapes from Quinta dos Muros on the spring slope of the Pinhão River valley, where the Touriga Nacional exposed to the south finds the ideal conditions to provide all the structure and complexity beyond the black and ripe fruit, and where Tinta Roriz, with Exposure West lends the acidity and aromatic freshness to this Vintage. Thus we obtain, after vinification in winepress and vat, a retinto Port with an attractive violet and exuberant and fresh aroma to fruits like blackberry and plum. Already in the mouth is initially velvety, well balanced, but soon appears all serious character where the tannins show their claw, aided by a beautiful acidity that leave a long and powerful end of mouth! A serious, fresh and balanced port as only the Pinhão Valley knows how to produce! Contains sulfites.
Quinta dos Muros Vintage 2018 Ruby
Produced from grapes from Quinta dos Muros on the eastern slope of the Pinhão river valley, where Touriga Nacional exposed to the south finds the ideal conditions to provide all the structure and complexity beyond the black and ripe fruit, and where Tinta Roriz, with The West exhibition lends acidity and aromatic freshness to this Vintage. This is how we obtain, after vinification in the winery and in vats, a red Port with an attractive violet and exuberant and fresh aroma of fruits such as blackberries and plums. In the mouth, it is initially velvety, well balanced, but soon appears all the serious character where the tannins show their claw, helped by a beautiful acidity that leaves a long and powerful aftertaste! A serious, fresh and balanced port like only Vale do Pinhão can produce. Contains sulfites.

Stainless steel maceration and vats with temperature control at 28-30ºC. Bottled 2 years after harvest, after aging for one year in old barrels. The wine is dark purple with a fresh and attractive aroma of violets, plums and raspberries. It is a velvety wine, well balanced, but with serious and powerful tannins and fine acidity. A serious, fresh and balanced port, which could only be from the Pinhão valley.

Alcoholic Fermentation interrupted by the addition of brandy, a lot aged in wood about 10 Years until bottled. Wine with good aromas of soft wood and with some spices. In the mouth is pleasant the bouquet of wood and spices. Provides a good rectronasal touch and has a good and prolonged finish. Contains sulfites.

Alcoholic fermentation interrupted by the addition of brandy, a lot aged in wood about 30 Years until bottled. Wine with fine tertiary aromas and well achieved already with a superb touch of vanilla and where aromas of spices such as nutmeg and peppers are present. In the mouth we see all these predicates confirmed together with a powerful retronasal attack and a very prolonged end of mouth. Contains sulfites.

Quinta de S. José is a family project that began in early 1999, at the will of João's father, Ruy Brito e Cunha, due to the excellent location of Quinta's houses, practically over the river. Graham’s Vintage 2000 Ruby
Currently, it is at the forefront of oenological innovation. For Graham's 2000, grapes from Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Barroca were used. This Vintage displays many of Graham's typical aromas, such as ripe plum and rock rose, and is pleasantly soft and delicate on the palate, despite its youth. It is full and rich in the mouth, with notes of fresh blackberry and red plum. Despite the sweetness in Graham’s characteristic mouth, the finish is long and clear.

The release of Blend # 5 White Half Dry follows the growing popularity of White Port & Tonic as an aperitif. While most white Ports are made up of a blend of white grape varieties, Mistura Nº5 is made up of two Portuguese grape varieties, Malvasia Fina fresco and Moscatel Aromatic Galician. The final blend is half dry, deliberately designed to mix well with tonic and is also an excellent solo. Grapes are hand picked and cold fermented in small batches. Mix # 5 is bottled 3 months after harvest to preserve maximum freshness and should be consumed young and refrigerated after opening.

Graham's Fine Tawny Port is light in color and texture slightly drier than Ruby. It is matured in oak barrels for an average of three years, which allows the wine to come into contact with the oxygen that freely permeates the wood in the barrels. It presents a good balance between fruity and nuts, derived from maturation in seasoned oak casks. Reddish golden color, with aromas of ripe fruit well balanced by notes of dried fruits. In the mouth, lingering flavors of walnut and caramel, elegant and smooth. Contains sulfites.
