Graham’s “The Tawny” Tawny
Graham's 'The Tawny' is a Port Reservation made from a special lot, from several wines aged in hooves in the cellars of the company between 7 to 9 years. The balance between the ripe fruit and the nuts resulting from aging in the hull is noticeable, where the wine acquires a soft amber tone. Golden amber color, soft aromas of toasted almonds with notes of orange peel and spices. Well structured and complex, the mouth is inviting and captivating, with a long and persistent finish of mouth. It combines very well with all kinds of pies and sweets, such as walnuts, cream milk or even cream cakes. Try slightly fresh to enjoy all the complexity and voluptuousness of this wine. After opening, it will be kept for a few weeks. Contains sulfites.
Graham’s 40 Anos Tawny
Color of golden amber, with a pale green tone at the edge, denoting great age. Very complex with a powerful fragrance that expresses its age. Only a few Porto wines can grow old for 30 years, and only 6 or 7 hulls of the Dow's in Vila Nova de Gaia are available to be bottled, the remaining hulls continue the aging process until they reach the excellence that the winemaker intends. A wine extremely concentrated in its aroma, distinguish the nuts like the walnuts. A palate of great complexity and style. Aged for ten years at Dow's Boa Vista Caves, this 10 year old Tawny Port retains vibrant fruit flavors, which combine with an intense complexity conferred by the long aging in oak wood. It has a lively amber color, with aromas of crystallized fruits and caramel, elegantly combined with some ripe fruit. On the palate it features sophisticated nut flavors, with a perfect balance and a wonderful long finish. Contains sulfites.

The Dow's Porto Tawny 20 Years is considered the ideal wine to accompany cigars. Purple and vibrant color, it softens in a gold-green color after 20 long years of aging in oak casks. Aroma of ripe raisins and notes of caramel and honey, rests on a balanced palate, rich and unique, highlighting the nuts. Contains sulfites.

Warre’s Otima 10 Anos Tawny
Rich tawny color with an excellent nutty aroma and notes of ripe fruit. In the mouth it is light, delicate and rounded, with notes of nuts and a long and elegant finish. The OREMA 10 years of Warre's, has a natural fermentation between 24 and 28ºC. Once the must has fermented to the desired degree of sweetness (usually within 48 hours), the fortification is made with 77% v / v grape brandy (usually 80% must / 20% brandy). Contains sulfites.
Portal Extra Dry White
Cold skin maceration in stainless steel vats, followed by fermentation at a temperature between 18-20°C. Light aging stage in wood, then remaining in stainless steel vat to guarantee its fruitiness. Citrus color, a bouquet between citrus and menthol and nuts. It is possible to detect floral aromas in recent bottlings. Some residual sugar is responsible for the excellent balance and sensuality of this Port. Contains sulfites.

Lot wine produced from three or four of the best aged tawnys wines in oak barrels of 35,000 liters, to obtain wines with a test age of ten years. Wines complex in the aroma, revealing in the test usually great elegance. Auburn (tawny) color with brownish tones. Aroma to dry futos (toasted walnuts and almonds) and candied fruits (orange peel), notes of resins and spices (cedar, pepper and curry). Flavor intense but delicate, complex but smooth, with an austere and balanced finish. Perfect combination with foie gras, blue cheese and sweet desserts, like a chocolate cake. Contains sulfites.

The manufacturing process includes stopping the wort fermentation by adding wine spirit (benefit or brandy), blending wines and aging. Fermentation in oil presses with skin maceration and pumping over at a temperature of 29ºC until reaching the desired Baumé, adding spirit in this phase. High quality wine from a single harvest. It ages in wood for variable periods of time, never less than 7 years, and then bottled according to market requests. Penetrating amber color.
