At the beginning of the 19th century, a fascinating story emerged in the world of Portuguese Wine: the launch of an icon, a desired wine, but always discreetly kept away from the spotlight. Alexandre de Almeida innovated by combining luxury hospitality with a wine cellar and his own wine, creating the rare and historic Buçaco wines, produced at Palácio do Bussaco, in the mountains north of Coimbra. These wines, preserving traditions without adopting modernism, reveal a notable aging potential and can last in the bottle for decades.

Manual harvest with careful selection of bunches, followed by fermentation in new 500 liters French oak barrels. After 6 months of aging with "battonage" on fine lees, the result is a fresh, structured and unctuous white wine. Greenish-yellow in color, clear and bright, it reveals fresh aromas of citrus peel wrapped in green and spicy notes, on a complex background of field herbs and wild flowers. In the mouth, it is dry, with refined acidity, highlighting touches of orange, white plum and subtle dried fruit, such as macadamia. An intriguing and endless Alentejo white.

Mirabilis Red is inspired by the line of the world's great wines, where textures, aromas, gravity and transparency are created. After the careful selection of the best plots and a manicured harvest, this lot comes into conflict with the origin of the raw material, putting the concept of terroir to the margins. It is an unrepeatable wine, not replicable year after year, with a heterogeneous composition of small quantities, a few liters from each of our best barrels, undergoing a long expert tasting until the final result. Mirabilis Red reflects the wine-growing years with greater depth of Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo, reflected in a dense wine, intense in aromas, three-dimensional, with enormous physical persistence, deep and very precise. A wine that goes beyond our understanding... and, calmly, approaches human maturity.

Quinta da Fata is located in the demarcated Dão Wine region. The slight slope to the south gives it a sunny exposure that benefits the wine and makes it particularly pleasant. In addition to the vineyard, the farm has gardens, large lawns and wooded areas. Among the many trees, an imposing century-old lime tree stands out. Both the lime tree and the tower with the old water tank are clearly visible and allow you to easily identify the farm from afar.

Aging in 15% used French oak barrels and 85% in vertical stainless steel vats. Expressive aroma of tropical fruit combined with spices. Fresh, saline and elegant in the mouth.

Internship in stainless steel vats. Cerca dos Frades, combines the freshness of Arinto dos Açores, the elegance of Terrantez do Pico and the fragrance of Verdelho, in a blend deeply marked by the volcanic origin of the soils, the proximity of the sea and the temperate Atlantic climate.

Grapes from 23-year-old vines, hand-picked into 20kg boxes. Second selection of grapes at the sorting table. Crushing with total destemming and pellicular maceration. Fermentation in stainless steel vats for 12 days at controlled temperature. Aging in new and used French oak barrels for 13 months, followed by a 6-month aging in the bottle until release. Ruby red color. Aroma with notes of cherry, blueberry and eucalyptus. On the palate it is structured, fresh and firm, with soft and silky tannins.

Manual harvest in 18Kg boxes, careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The grapes were completely destemmed in small stainless steel vats, where they were macerated for 24 hours at low temperature, before starting alcoholic fermentation, with indigenous yeasts and controlled temperature. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats, with gentle mechanical treading for good color and aroma extraction. After fermentation, it was transferred to a stainless steel tank, where it naturally decanted until bottling. Intense ruby color, very aromatic, with hints of strawberries and raspberries and a light floral. In the mouth it is balanced and fresh, with present tannins and a long and soft finish.

Wine with a high structure and immense floral complexity, balanced with the slight touch of wood in 3rd year French oak barrels over 12 months. Enormous freshness and minerality, accompanied by a touch of tropical fruit. Floral aroma in perfect harmony with the aging in barrels over 12 months in this 100% Viosinho. Spring came out of the wood.

Produced in Portalegre, northeast of Alentejo, in the granite foothills of Serra de São Mamede, where the colder temperatures, together with many old vines, give complexity and freshness. Placed before being gently crushed, with a short maceration period. Aged in stainless steel. Flavor of wild berries, blackberries, red currants. Long, fresh and juicy with soft tannins. Vibrant aromas of light summer fruits.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 30 days, followed by bâtonnage for 2 to 3 months. 3 months aging in bottle. Fruit notes that mix lychees and ripe currants. Soft in the mouth, it shows freshness and envelopment, with mineral notes at the end.
