Quinta de Carvalhiços Reserve Red
Aged for 4 months in used French oak barrels. A wine concentrated and deep in the aroma, with a floral edge of great intensity, forest, pine forest and wild berries. Dense mouth with good structure, with present and appealing tannins with discreet vanilla finish. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel with temperature control at 27°C, with grapes that had been destemmed.
Quinta das Queimas D’Ovaia Red
Fermentation in granite presses, 10 days. Aged for 12 months in stainless steel. This wine is an overview of our capabilities, and a true sensory experience based on the principle of exposing natural flavors, with little intervention. It was made from grapes from our three main farms, and with various varieties, of which Touriga Nacional, Jaen, Tinta Roriz and Alfrocheiro stand out, from some very old vines and others more recent.
Casa da Passarella O Fugitivo Pinot Noir Red
Traditional maceration in a mill with partial stalks. Aged for 12 months in used barrels. Open in color, aromas of red fruit. Elegant, delicate mouthfeel, with great complexity. Used at Passarella for more than a century, the Pinot Noir grape variety is far from being new. It served as the basis for Dr. Mário Pato's famous sparkling trials in the 1930s, and later it was the variety that served as a "culture medium" for indigenous yeasts, given their precocity of maturation, which implies irreproachable health.Contains sulfites.
Herdade da Candeeira Superior Red
Skin maceration for 12 hours, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 25ºC and aging for 6 months in French oak barrels, 20% new and 80% used, measuring 225 and 300 liters. Intense ruby, notes of ripe black fruit, spices and light toast. In the mouth it is fruity, vegetal with soft tannins and a fresh finish. Contains sulfites.

In the Douro, schist soils, sun exposure and thermal amplitude create unique conditions for the production of high quality grapes. The grapes are hand-picked and vinified with care, resulting in this delicious wine, full of fruit. Aged for 6 months in new French oak barrels and another 6 months in bottle before going to the market. Contains sulfites.
Farrapo Vinho de Talha Red
Genuine production of Talha Wine. This ancestral production technique is still evident today in Vila de Frades. With a light ruby color, where fruit and earthy aromas prevail. Coming from the carvings, minerality is the watchword in the description of this wine, which combined with the freshness of the red fruit and its good acidity create a harmonious wine as a whole. Tapada de Coelheiros Red
The grapes were harvested manually and transported to the cellar where they were destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 26–27°C. After finishing, we kept the wine in post-fermentation maceration for 5 days. The malolactic fermentation occurred naturally in a stainless steel tank and then it was transferred to barrels where it remained for 18 months. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels and 36 months in bottle. Powerful nose with notes of black fruit wrapped in spices and tobacco. In the mouth, the intensity of the freshness of Cabernet Sauvignon stands out, followed by the creamy texture of Alicante Bouschet, which leads us to an elegant and persistent finish. Terras de Lava Rose
Pressing whole bunches followed by a short static clarification. Fermentation was carried out in a stainless steel tank and kept on fine lees for 6 months. Light salmon color. The aromatic notes combine cherries, currants and fresh strawberries with a background of seaweed. In the mouth it has a vibrant freshness confirming the aromatic notes in an enveloping and smooth tasting. Contains sulfites.

Quinta da Viçosa Red
The grapes are destemmed and carefully selected manually on the table of choice. After crushing, they are trodden in marble presses with the traditional treading on foot. Fermentation ends in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Aging 12 months in new French oak half barrels. Deep violet and dense color. Intense and deep aroma, dominated by spices and very ripe black fruits, where notes of dark chocolate are also present. In the mouth, voluminous, with a well-involved acidity, which together with its retronasal aroma, gives it great elegance and persistence. Contains sulfites.
