This Quinta dos Carvalhais Reserva presents a very dense and very lively red color. It is an austere wine, but with a delicate and fine aroma. To the nose arrive oak notes of the stage in barrel, along with the black fruit. It has nuances of spices and a floral touch to harmonize the set. In the mouth it is elegant and balanced, with protected tannin to give structure and strength to the wine. In the aroma of the mouth are present all the notes that we find in the nose and that last in a long and persistent end. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta dos Carvalhais Reserva White
Quinta dos Carvalhais Reserva White features a beautiful bright yellow straw color very bright. In the aroma, the notes are buttery, honey and nuts, mineral touches and some vegetable that gives freshness and complexity to the lot. In the mouth, the aromatic complexity conferred by the oak barrel where it staged and again the notes of nuts and honey are perfectly balanced with the very lively acidity. Casa Ferreirinha Callabriga Magnum Red
It is vinified in the Quinta da Leda winery, from grapes coming from plots located in Quinta da Leda and neighboring vineyards. Grapes with balanced maturation are chosen as a consequence of a favorable vegetative cycle. After destemming and soft crushing, the grapes are sent to stainless steel vats and/or mills, where prolonged macerations are carried out. It is intended with this technology that the constituents of quality, present in the ripe grapes, thus pass smoothly to the wine. Contains Sulfites.
Casa Ferreirinha Quinta da Leda Red
It has a deep red color. Its aroma is intense and complex, dominating the plum, the cassis, the resin, the cedar as well as cloves and nutmeg. There are still aromas of violet and some chocolate, always in perfect integration with discrete wood, well integrated and of excellent quailty. In the mouth it reveals great elegance, being notorious its volume, balanced acidity, tannins of excellent quality and aromas of black fruits, spices and floral. Very long finish and great harmony. Pintas DOC Magnum Red
Mirror of the vine of more than 80 years that gives origin to him, this wine is composed by an exceptional field blend of more than 30 grape varieties. Very intense purple color. Violet aromas combined with ripe black berry fruits, spices and dark chocolate. Excellent balance, minerality and freshness, ripe tannins and elegant finish. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta das Tecedeiras Reserva Red
Old vines, Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Tinta Amarela, Tinto Cão. Ruby Intense with touches of violet. Predominant notes of macerated forest fruits and prunes. Floral nuances, and stage toast in oak barrels, and some fresh red fruit. Complex, well structured, harmonious and elegant. Notes of black fruits, vanilla and violets. Long and persistent finish.Add roasted or grilled meats and game, as well as some more complex cheeses. Serve at 18ºC. With potential for aging after 2 to 9 years in bottle. Contains Sulfites.
Herdade dos Grous Red
The grapes selected by hand, after the removal of the respective film, are cooled by a thermal shock of 10 ° C. After a cold maceration for two days, the wine ferments in small steel tanks. The ripening is carried out in French wooden barrels. Deep live garnet color. Aroma complex of mature fruit and mint. Taste rich in fruit, concentrated, prolonged end. Contains Sulfites.
Terras de Santo António Colheita Red
Ribeiro Santo Touriga Nacional Red
Ribeiro Santo Touriga Nacional is a concentrated wine, ruby color with violet lavas. Expressive aroma with blackberries and cherries, field flowers and notes of spices. Medium body, mineral, with a good acidity to give freshness, fine tannins and final firm and spicy. The harvest took place at the end of September. The grapes were harvested manually, for small boxes of 18 kg, according to a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The grapes were completely destemmed for small stainless mills, where they macerated 24 hours at low temperature, before beginning the alcoholic fermentation, with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature. The alcoholic fermentation lasted about 15 days, with gentle remonstrances for a good extraction of color and aromas. After fermentation, it was transferred to new French oak barrels, where it remained for 12 months until bottling. Contains Sulfites.
Ribeiro Santo Reserva Red
Manual harvest. Total destemming. 24h low temperature maceration before starting alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Smooth reassembly for extracting color and aromas. Transfer to new and used 500L French oak barrels for 9 months, previously used in the fermentation of white wine. Ruby color of medium concentration. Aroma of black fruit and some spices, such as black pepper. A fresh and elegant wine, with an expressive structure and finish and good persistence. Balance between the influence of the barrel and acidity. Contains sulfites.
Quinta da Biaia 750 Síria White
Fermentation in stainless steel and aging in used French oak barrels on fine lees for 8 months. A wine full of character, which reveals from the first contact a fresh breath (grapefruit, lime, mint) well matched with fine smoked notes. In tasting, it shows a lot of freshness, a lively acidity that perfectly harmonizes with the creamy and tasty side, which lasts in the mouth.
Chryseia Magnum Red
Chryseia was produced from the best grapes extracted from the two vineyards of the Douro Valley of Prats & Symington, Quinta de Roriz and Quinta da Perdiz. Another property, Quinta da Vila Velha, which is privately owned by a member of the Symington family, has also contributed some of its finest grapes, as it has in all Chryseia harvests. It was aged in French oak barrels of 400 Liters for 15 months. The grapes were harvested in excellent condition, resulting in a very fine Chryseia. Contains Sulfites.
