The different harvested plots were vinified separately where the grapes passed on a selection mat, subsequently undergoing destemming and crushing, being moved by gravity to stainless steel fermentation tanks. Pre-fermentative maceration was carried out at low temperatures ranging from 24 to 48 hours depending on the variety, followed by alcoholic fermentation at temperatures between 25-27ºC. After the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to 225L oak barrels. Menin Reserva Red is a wine that has a ruby color, a full aroma of fresh fruit, with notes of wild red fruits, blackberries, plum, in perfect harmony with the spicy nuances conferred by the aging in barrel. In the mouth it has a solid structure, with lively but polished tannins and great freshness and balance.

Selection of grapes in the cut and transport in boxes directly to the winery. Vinification with crushing and total destemming. Fermentation in an open press at controlled temperature with a 6-month stage in American oak barrels. Produced from a rigorous selection of grapes from the best vineyards in this Douro region. This Colheita 17.5º has a red color, a very balanced nose and well filled with notes of wild berries and cherries, spices and a light floral touch, in a background where the elegance of vanilla and barrel notes is evident. a voluminous and enveloping wine, where the fruit and spices reveal a beautiful integration and the tannins demonstrate good firmness, showing signs of potential in the bottle, a long and persistent finish .

Fermentation begins in a lagar and then takes place in new French oak barrels. Stage in new French oak barrels for 12 months. Beautiful garnet red color. On the nose it is very fine and elegant, rich in spices, where the fruity character predominates. The wood present, very well integrated, contributes to its complexity and aromatic enrichment. In the mouth it is smooth and elegant, full of aromatic notes that recall aromas of red fruits. With a balanced acidity, smooth and velvety tannins, it has a very long and very pleasant finish.
Paulo Laureano Dolium White
The white icon of the company, this is a wine from the oldest vineyard in Antão Vaz that the company owns, with very small productions, but with unparalleled quality and concentration. It is a grape variety with an Alentejo accent, consensual, rustic but well adapted to hot, sunny climates and the gentle slopes of Vidigueira. This Antão Vaz is fermented and aged for a long time in new French oak barrels. A rarely released wine, with a limited production and with a distinct profile from the ex-libris variety of Vidigueira. Very fine and elegant notes of ripe tropical fruit, marked minerality mixed with citrus notes. White spices and subtle toast. Structured, very fresh and with a long and elegant finish. It also has a special appetite for an excellent evolution in the bottle.

Fresh grapes at their ideal point of maturation, selected from plots 7 and 8 of the Levandeira vineyard, hand-picked into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the cellar where they are pressed as a whole bunch in a pneumatic press. Fermentation in stainless steel and aging in French and Hungarian oak barrels, on fine lees, for 9 months. A wine of great elegance, with notes of citrus fruit (grapefruit and lime), tea leaf, pastry and toasted bread. In the mouth, very fresh, full of layers of flavor and volume.
Quinta dos Termos A Surpresa Red
Planting Baga at Quinta dos Terms was a thoughtful choice, but the first years of production did not live up to expectations. In 2011 everything was different, and the Baga variety produced the best wine of the harvest, when the first edition of A Surpresa wine was launched. In 2019, Baga once again showed all its attributes, justifying a reissue of this wine, which is only released in special years.

A 3.5 hectare plot in Mirandela, Trás-os-Montes. This was a wine that aged in new French oak barrels (500 liters) for 16 months, and another year in the bottle. This sparkling wine remains in the cellar for 48 long months at a constant temperature of 12ºC. The Chardonnay shows refinement and freshness, the Arinto with exquisite acidity highlights the potential of the sandy-clay soil of Vinha das Andorinhas located in Pedreira de Vilarinho. To obtain the structure and preservation potential essential to this exceptional Elpídio Superior Sparkling Wine, only the juices from pressing the whole grape core are used, after separating the first and last extractions. The grapes are left to ferment for the first time, transforming the juice into base wine. Remaining in the tank allows the development of the complexity of the aromas and the structure of Elpídio Superior Sparkling Wine. The elegance and delicacy of the aroma suggest soft notes of white-fleshed fruits, reminiscent of pear and apple, with light citrus fruit and some toast. The persistence and creaminess revealed by the long aging, wrapped in a perfect freshness and mousse, contribute to a deep and sophisticated finish. Contains sulfites.

Intense, impressive on the nose. Fine tannins, strong astringency. Structured wine, excellent freshness and long finish. Aging potential. Contains sulfites.

Vinified from grapes from selected plots. After maturation tests, the grapes were harvested at their optimum ripeness point. After total stemming and gentle crushing, maceration and fermentation took place, with pumping over in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 28ºC, for around 12 days. We thus obtained intense, elegant wines with an expression of the place. After malolactic fermentation, the wines aged in French oak barrels for around 12 months. It was subjected to light filtration before bottling. In order to preserve its quality, it was bottled without cold stabilization treatment, which may cause deposits to form during aging in the bottle. Bright red color. Attractive aroma with notes of currant, black plum and mustard seeds. In the mouth it is fresh, very complete and elegant. It has present and fine tannins, very well integrated. Contains sulfites.
