The different harvested plots were vinified separately where the grapes passed on a selection mat, subsequently undergoing destemming and crushing, being moved by gravity to stainless steel fermentation tanks. Pre-fermentative maceration was carried out at low temperatures ranging from 24 to 48 hours depending on the variety, followed by alcoholic fermentation at temperatures between 25-27ºC. After the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to 225L oak barrels. Menin Reserva Red is a wine that has a ruby color, a full aroma of fresh fruit, with notes of wild red fruits, blackberries, plum, in perfect harmony with the spicy nuances conferred by the aging in barrel.
