Low pressure pressing of whole grapes. Separate fermentation in a stainless steel tank, at a controlled temperature of 16ºC and without prolonged contact with the lees. All the grapes staged separately in stainless steel vats. Intense and complex aroma, in which the minerality predominates on the floral and citrine notes. Full and bulky in the mouth, with subtle acidity, it reveals the fruit in all its fullness, making it a unique quality set. Contains Sulfites.
Ervideira InvisÃvel White
Invisible is a white wine of red grapes obtained from the tear of fine grapes of the Aragonese grape variety. It results from the nocturnal harvesting of a selected field, when the optimum maturation point is reached. Almost transparent, with pink lace, it has a floral scent, with notes of white fruits (melon and pear). The palate confirms the aroma, with a good balance and slightly sweet finish. Accompany sushi dishes, smoked fish and seafood. Contains Sulfites.
Alabastro Red
The proof features a deep ruby color and intense aromas of red fruits. In the mouth it is full bodied, and soft with a good feeling of freshness and where you can notice the flavors of the red fruits combined with notes of spices. Harvest by Hand. Grapes from a single vineyard of Encruzado grape variety, from the Ribeiro Santo Estate. Total destemming and pressing. Selection of the grape must and cooling at low temperatures for 24h. Fermentation only in stainless steel vats, with temperatures rounding the 15ºC for 20 days. 50% of the wine fermented in new French oak barrels for 4 months. Clear color, with green shades, this wine shows the authenticity of the grape variety Encruzado in a fresh and elegant way. Pear and white flower notes on the nose. With medium body on the palate, and good structure due to the barrel toast, balanced by the crispy acidity and the citric character. Contains Sulfites.

Grapes grown from some of the most choice land in the surrounding region of La Motte en Provence, consisting primarily of Grenache, Cinsault and Vermentino. Harvesting at sunrise to noon. The grapes which are used to make Whispering Angel are sorted optically. Destemming and slight crushing at 7-8ºC to avoid oxidation. Both the free run juice and pressed juices are vinified in stainless steel. "Batônnage" is twice weekly. Temperature controlled. Contains sulfites.

Meandro do Vale Meão White
After slight crushing the grapes are subjected to a thermal shock, followed by passing through a traditional vertical press. The wort is transferred to small capacity wine tanks with temperature control. The grape varieties are vinified separately. The wine stems on the lees for seven months. As a result of traditional pressing, the wine has an intense greenish color. In it we can find the vibrant acidity of Arinto combined with the living fruit of the Rabigato. The mouth surprises by the density and freshness.
