Soalheiro Alvarinho Bruto Magnum White
The Alvarinho grapes used in the Winemaking of the Sparkling Soalheiro are selected in the vines with a lower sugar concentration and fresh acidity implanted in soil of granite origin between 100 and 200 meters of altitude. Melgaço, the northernmost region of Portugal, is protected by a series of mountain ranges that allow a perfect marriage between rainfall, temperature and the number of hours of sunshine required to better ripen the grapes of the Alvarinho variety. from the Alvarinho grape variety requires a careful choice of grapes. The wort resulting from this selection ferments the temperature controlled, obtaining the base wine for sparkling wine. This wine suffers, already in bottle, a second fermentation. The permanence in the basement, the low temperature and constant for several months allows this sparkling wine to show all the elegance of the Alvarinho variety. After this stage of fermentation and stage, degorgement is carried out, an operation that allows the elimination of the existing yeasts in the bottle and the replacement of the provisional metal capsule by the definitive stopper typical of the sparkling wine. It presents yellow citrine color, fine and persistent bubble. The aroma reveals the fruit of the Alvarinho variety, denoting a good balance between acidity and alcohol. Rock Angel Côtes de Provence Magnum Rose
A more complex and structured flavor profile than Whispering Angel bringing it into a more premium realm, giving rosé lovers a bigger, richer wine. Delicate aromas of red fruits with mineral notes, along with floral notes and a subtle spice. Rich and bold on the palate. The use of partial oak aging adds a creamy feel and texture to this wine, and the flint minerality gives it another layer of complexity. Powerful and elegant. Firm acidity with a long, silky finish. Contains sulfites.
Whispering Angel Côtes de Provence Magnum Rose
Grapes grown from some of the most choice land in the surrounding region of La Motte en Provence, consisting primarily of Grenache, Cinsault and Vermentino. Harvesting at sunrise to noon. The grapes which are used to make Whispering Angel are sorted optically. Destemming and slight crushing at 7-8ºC to avoid oxidation. Both the free run juice and pressed juices are vinified in stainless steel. "Batônnage" is twice weekly. Temperature controlled. Contains sulfites.

Quinta da Calçada Reserva Magnum White
Coming from the best plots of this farm, the Alvarinho, Loureiro and Arinto grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. The must, after static decanting, fermented in French oak barrels where it aged for 8 months. This Reserve edition has a citrus yellow color, with slight golden nuances. Elegant and persistent aroma, with notes of wood well integrated and combined with the minerality of the wine. Good volume in the mouth (creamy), with a crunchy acidity and a fresh and long finish. Contains sulfites.
Bota Velha Vinhas Antigas Magnum Red
Transport in a box, partial destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation conducted below 25ºC, followed by 26 days in contact with the skins, malolactic fermentation carried out naturally, natural clarification. Ruby color, very intense aroma of forest fruits. In the mouth it shows structure, density, freshness and elegance. Very long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
