About 80% of the grapes come from vines planted in the 1990s and 20% from old vines aged between 60 and 100 years. Some of the grapes were subjected to the traditional process of milling, while the rest were vinified in five-ton stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature and robotic reassembly.
