The blend of selected botanical species was macerated in wine alcohol, to which wine spirit was added, both from the distillation of wines at Quinta de Ventozelo. To the characteristic aromas of the forest, the vegetable garden and the orchard, joins the vinous aroma of the wine spirit that composes this Gin, which runs through the entire tasting, giving it smoothness and persistence. An excellent marriage of the fresh and citrus notes of lemon peel, mint, coriander leaves and lemon thyme, with the aromas of the woods, juniper, lavender, beautiful light thyme and perpetual purple.
