Quinta do Vallado Três Melros Red
The grapes were harvested by hand and vinified in stainless steel vats of 5 and 10 tons of capacity and a small part in mills. The must fermented for about a week at 23º-25ºC, with programmed automatic reassembly. Approximately 45% of the wine aged for 16 months in 225 liter French oak barrels; the rest of the wine aged in stainless steel vats during the same period. Concentrated aroma, with balsamic notes of oak and red fruits. Good structure, fleshy with round tannins. Persistent and fresh finish. Contains sulfites.

An aromatic and expressive Rosé, with slight nuances of strawberry, complexed with floral and red fruit notes. In the mouth, it is full of fruity flavors, but at the same time complex and with good volume, finished the tasting with a lively acidity that gives it a balanced and full Rosé of character. Sandeman Vintage 2018 Ruby
Deep, almost opaque color. Aroma of excellent complexity, with notes of spices, adding curry, pepper, ginger, red fruits and black fruits. The wine has a light touch of cocoa with a slightly stony finish, the result of good maturation. In the mouth it is intense and complex with a lively acidity, firm and well present tannins with a very long and highly concentrated finish. Contains sulfites.
Quinta de São José Ruy Francisco Magnum Red
Only 114 bottles of wine made from a special portion of Touriga Nacional. Very elegant and delicate, without exuberance, a very light floral giving fineness to the still closed aroma, where also comes some dried vegetable, black plum, blueberries. Very deep and solid mouth, with a mineral background brought by balanced acidity. It is a very high level red, somewhat austere, with solid but polished tannin, spice nuances, in a tone of great delicacy and at the same time firmness and sophistication. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta de São José Vinha Ruy Francisco Red
Only 1190 bottles of wine made from a special portion of Touriga Nacional. Very elegant and delicate, without exuberance, a very light floral giving fineness to the still closed aroma, where also comes some dried vegetable, black plum, blueberries. Very deep and solid mouth, with a mineral background brought by balanced acidity. Rola Touriga Nacional Red
Intense ruby red color, concentrated, beautiful halo of more open hue, limpid appearance. On the nose it presents aromas of ripe red and black fruits, then adding a fresh and fragrant floral, well-integrated notes of barrel aging, fresh balsamic, cigar box and a light touch of mint from the stream at the end. Mouth full of strength, vigorous, with acidity at the balance point, slightly drying the palate, revealing structure and volume, present tannin, without imposing itself on the fresh and juicy fruit, with amplitude, showing once again the good integration of the notes coming from the barrel aging and long aftertaste. Rola Girl’s Collection 3x Red
Ana Rola, mother of Maria Luís, created Malu, using 60% of Touriga Nacional with 40% of Touriga Franca, with a fourteen months aging in French oak barrels. In turn, José Serpa Pimentel and Helga Rodrigues, Maria Teresa's parents, created Maitê, marrying 60% of Touriga Franca with 40% of Touriga Nacional, also with fourteen months of aging in barrels.
There is also a third wine, Malu and Maitê, because, as the statement says, “the three friends and partners decided to become inseparable like Marias and used the two wines to create what is called a" perfect friendship ".

Quinta de Roriz Vintage 2016 Ruby
Quinta de Roriz Vintage 2016 is vibrant in the aromas of red fruits, very characteristic of the Vintage Ports of Quinta de Roriz. Very good tannins, drawn by the minerality of the soils of Roriz. Quinta da Romaneira Vintage 2018 Ruby
It is aged in Portuguese and Brown oak casks for a period of 24 months. The grapes are trampled on foot in the Quinta's mills to obtain the must. They are then macerated during fermentation to obtain the best possible extraction of the polyphenolic components. Short fermentation cycle of 4 days. Quinta da Romaneira Vintage 2018, is magnificently mature, full of color, intensely fruity, expressive and with a wonderful underlying freshness. The nose is characteristic of Romaneira, wild and aromatic. The finish is long and delicate. Contains sulfites.
Quinta da Romaneira Rose
Its pink color results from the direct pressing of red grapes at a precise point of maturation. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures for three weeks. All wine is aged in stainless steel vats for a period of 5 months. No wood is used during this training period. This wine has a bright and deep pink color. In the mouth, its structure is supported by intense aromas and flavors of red fruits. Its very integrated acidity propels the wine to a delicious finish. Contains sulfites.
Quinta da Romaneira Vintage 2017 Ruby
It aged for 20 months in the cellars of Quinta, in the demarcated Douro region, before bottling. It should age in bottle for 8 to 15 years to acquire the complexity and bouquet characteristic of a vintage. The grapes were trodden and fermented in the Quinta da Romaneira presses with temperature controlled at 28 C, where an intense and disciplined step is essential for a good final result. This 2017 Vintage Port Wine is a supreme expression of this characteristic. It is a seductive wine, full of charm and wonderfully expressive, with remarkable structure and aging potential. Deep ruby purple color, intense aromatic personality with spices. Great elegance and purity of fruit flavors, velvety fleshy tannins with a very long and powerful finish.
