Campolargo Arinto White
Total destemming followed by fermentation in used French oak barrels, without temperature control. Internship until April with batonnage. Soft golden yellow color with greenish lavas. It presents excellent citrus notes, orange peel, vegetable nuances. Soft touch of fresh herb, lime and light floral touch. Wine of good structure of flavor, sophisticated and of great balance, excellent end with some length to the fruit. Contains Sulfites.
Campolargo Entre II Santos Magnum White
After decanting, fermentation in vats with controlled temperature. Small part fermented in barrel. Stage on thin lees. Citrus yellow color, mineral, vegetable aroma with fruity touch. Fresh palate, of extreme elegance, with touch of tropical fruits. Acidity well marked in a fresh and complete finish. Contains Sulfites.
Campolargo Entre II Santos Red
Total destemming and separate fermentation in small mills with mechanical steps. Malolactic fermentation in french oak barrels followed by stage in second and third year barrels up to 6 months. Present a ruby color, an attractive aroma, with frank ripe fruit. On the palate is fresh and with floral notes. End of mouth soft and lively in the mouth, very gastronomic.

Total destemming followed by decantation and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Second bottle fermentation (classic method) with minimum stage of 12 months. Pale salmon color, with very good aroma, full of elegant fruits, with notes of cherry and raspberry. Very fine palate in the mouth, delicate mousse, dry and fresh. Balanced and brilliant finish. Contains sulfites.

After decantation, fermentation in stainless steel tank with controlled temperature. Second bottle fermentation (classic method) with minimum stage of 12 months. Citrus yellow color with attractive aroma and palate with good notes of sour apple and orange. Well structured end of the test, with the fruit expressive and always present, well balanced. Dinamite Blanc de Noirs Grande Reserva White
Total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing with alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Second bottle fermentation according to the traditional method. Aged for 48 months in the bottle. Pale copper color. Intense and complex aroma, dry fruits, bread yeast stand out in an austere set. On the palate the blister is fine and abundant with smooth and creamy foam. Reveals freshness and persistence at the end. Contains sulfites.
Hibernus Grande Cuvée Bruto Natural White
Elaborated according to the classic method, with bottle fermentation, just like the world's great sparkling wines. The base wine was partially fermented in oak barrels, which gave rise to a very distinct product. Its minimum stage on lees was 25 months. It is one of the very rare Portuguese sparkling wines, the date of which is shown on the packaging. Contains sulfites.
Quinta D’Aguieira Red
Located in Águeda, northeast of the Bairrada region, Quinta d'Aguieira features an incredible mosaic of micro-terroirs, painted over its 21 hectares. With the particularity that they originated in the riverbed, thousands of years ago, the soils of this farm are alluvial deposits and the subsoils of rolled pebbles, coarse sand and some clay. These soils, the starting point of everything and studied for years, showed us the best that could be extracted from them with the most adapted varieties. The best grapes picked by hand and selected, undergo a long maceration with temperature control. After a twelve-month aging in French oak barrels, bottling and aging in bottle followed for three years.
With a deep garnet color, Quinta D'Aguieira captivates by its aromatic intensity. The wild fruits and the fruit blend with the subtle notes of wood, enhanced by velvety tannins. Harmonious, elegant and complex, this wine is marked by its persistently long persistent finish, which makes us travel through time.

Arco D’Aguieira Red
Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel vats and, for a small part in mill. Post fermentation with hot maceration for 2 to 3 weeks at a controlled temperature of 32ºC. Aged in French oak barrels for 1 year. With an intense garnet color and ripe tannins, this wine is powerful and deeply fruity. The concentrated aromas of wild fruits and the subtle notes of wood, due to its aging, make this wine complex and rich. It is balanced, full-bodied, with a persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Arco D’Aguieira White
Gentle pressing of the grapes and fermentation at controlled temperature. The Maria Gomes variety ages in stainless steel vats for 9 months. The remaining varieties are aged in French oak barrels of the second year for 9 months, with weekly batching. Clear and straw yellow in color, this wine is deeply aromatic. The citrus aromas and notes of tropical fruit can be distinguished. An elegant acidity enhances the velvety texture of this wine, making it fresh, mineral and intense, with a long and lasting finish. Poeirinho Garrafeira Red
It comes from several plots of old vines, some of which are centenary. Part of the wine was vinified in an open press, and another part in stainless steel vats, where it fermented and macerated for 4 weeks. The malolactic occurred in used 2500L vats, where it aged for 48 months. It was bottled without filtration. Shows a violet-toned color. Nose of enormous complexity, very expressive in the notes of red fruits, some spices and with a very fresh floral side. The purity of aromas and its enormous freshness are impressive. The limestone terroir vibrates in the aroma and enhances the elegance and finesse of the Baga variety. In the mouth, it is very fine, complex and extremely precise. Very polished and with excellent acidity, it shows very delicate tannins. Full of character, this Garrafeira has a fantastic balance. Refreshing but very long and thin aftertaste, it grows as you taste it. Elegant yet deep, Garrafeira will age very well in the bottle. Contains sulfites.

Crushing with destemming and cooling of the grapes in the winery in small open wineries (a tank in which the grapes are squeezed, reducing them to liquid). Where the skin maceration begins and later the fermentation, without addition of enzymes and yeasts. The step is done manually with wood masses to increase a greater extraction of the vinous characteristics of the Baga variety.

Sidónio de Sousa Brut Nature White
The grapes are unloaded into the membrane press, where they are crushed and the must is extracted. The must is cooled, decanted and transferred to a stainless steel tank where it will undergo fermentation, with temperature control. After fermentation, the wine naturally settles in the tank, being cleaned at the end of the year, when it is prepared to carry out the bottling of sparkling wine, with free yeasts. The bottles of sparkling wine go to the cellar to carry out the fermentation in the bottle at a controlled temperature and in the absence of light. After fermentation, the bottles are kept in the cellar, where they are staged until regrinding and degorgement are carried out without the addition of sugar, at which point the product is ready for commercialization. Young, slightly golden in color, fruity with an elegant aroma, very fine and velvety bubble that melts in the mouth, with a present acidity that gives it a good presence in the mouth, in a creamy, fresh and balanced set. Filipa Pato Nossa Missão Red
Missão, is a small centennial vineyard of 0.57 hectares with pre-phylloxeric vines of over 100 years. Production is limited to only 500 bottles and 30 magnums. It is located on a gentle slope with east orientation, the soil is of limestone origin from the Lower Jurassic era, with reddish clay. The cultivation and harvesting are totally manual and the sorting of the grapes is done in the vineyard itself. A part of the grapes are destemmed, and the percentage of whole grapes depends on the conditions of each harvest. Fermentation takes place slowly for about 3 weeks, with indigenous yeasts, the flow is smooth and long. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine drains by gravity and the masses are pressed. The whole fills only a traditional 500 liter kite where it stays for 18 months in our basement. The "Missão" is a remarkable wine for its pure expression of Berry. While young, the aromas resemble violet and strawberry. After 7-9 years, the aromas become more complex with a lot of energy and concentration. The tannins, although very alive, are soft, lively acidity, long finish, irreverent and elegant. It is a wine with long aging potential. Contains Sulfites.

Produced from the Baga and Chardonnay varieties. The Chardonnay variety contributes its aromatic complexity and the Berry with the structure and persistence of a blanc de noir. The pre bottling stage and the 52 months south lays harmonized this set which, above all, intends to be a reference not only in sparkling DOC Bairrada but at National level. Pale yellow color, aromatic buttery and toasted notes. In the mouth it is fresh, bulky with an impressive mousse. It finishes fresh and with great persistence. Contains sulfites.
