Moscatel Roxo Horácio Simões Heritage is a true jewel of the Setúbal region, an area with a marked tradition in the production of dessert wines since 1907. Casa AgrÃcola Horácio Simões, established in 1910, has always stood out for its dedication to innovation and the rescue of precious grape varieties, such as this Moscatel Roxo, once considered extinct in the region, but now reborn as an exceptional nectar.
With a dark topaz color, this Muscat has an intense aroma, where floral and spicy notes stand out, marked by its sublime evolution. On the palate, it is round, extremely soft and fresh, providing an incomparable taste experience. The aftertaste is long and memorable, making this wine the ideal accompaniment to a wide range of desserts, enhancing the flavors when served at the perfect temperature of 18ºC. Constructo Red
Constructo Red is an authentic expression of the unique terroir of Penalva do Castelo, coming from vineyards with 35 years of history. This wine, meticulously composed of a balanced selection of 50% Touriga Nacional and 50% Alfrocheiro, reflects our conviction in the ability of these grape varieties to capture the essence of the granite and clayey soil of this region. The combination results in a red wine of unparalleled depth and character.
Vinification is carefully adjusted to the different maturation states of each grape variety, including 40% whole bunch and prolonged macerations of at least 15 days, followed by aging in French oak barrels for 18 months. This artisanal process gives Constructo a remarkable aromatic complexity, with deep red fruit and nuances that unfold in layers of flavor.
