Armand de Brignac Rose
The Champagne Armand de Brignac Rosé is crafted with Pinot Noir from old vines, planted in the Montagne de Reims, that produce fruit with powerful flavor intensity. The resulting cuvée features bright, fresh layers of red fruits, complemented by hints of baked pastry aromas. Strawberry, currants and cherry on the nose, with floral hints and a touch of sweet almond. The red grape dominance brings a structured palate filled with black fruits, cherries and hints of baked pastry. Drinking beautifully now, or for a champagne with more richness and developed characters, it can be cellared for another 10 to 15 years.
Armand de Brignac Brut Gold White
The first release from Champagne Armand de Brignac, the Brut Gold remains the most iconic cuvée in the range. Rich with the old-world tradition of champagne blending, it is a trio of vintages from some of the most lauded terroirs of the region, resulting in a cuvée expressing vibrant and fresh fruit character with a soft texture.
Peach, apricot, red berry aromas, followed by crystalized citrus, orange blossom and hints of brioche. Palate is rich with exotic fruit, cherry and a touch of lemon, vanilla and honey.
Delicious to drink now, however for those with the patience and a passion for champagnes with more developed character, this cuvée could further cellar beyond 2025.
Armand de Brignac Blanc de Blancs White
This very small production 100% Chardonnay cuvée is crafted from fruit sourced from traditional Chardonnay territory, the Côte des Blancs, and almost half of the blend is from the lauded Montagne de Reims. This unique assemblage delivers both minerality, suppleness, roundness and lightness from the Montagne de Reims terroir, providing even greater potential for aging. Lightly buttered, baked pastry notes are followed by aromas of pear, hazelnut and a hint of gingerbread. On the palate, flavors of guava, gooseberry and peach are complemented by sweet spices and a fresh mineral finish.
Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve Nebuchadnezzar White
The Brut Réserve is a light, fine and harmonious champagne. Its blend is made with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from three different years, sourced from the best sites in the Champagne region. This cuvée, with reflections of straw yellow, stands out by the finesse of its slowly rising bubbles and its persistent and abounding mousse. Maturity touched with floral freshness for this cuvée that breathes aromas of fresh fruit and ripe pears. A full and accurate flavour combined with a fine freshness and a rich bouquet bear witness to the ageing of this cuvée in the House’s traditional cellars.
Brut Réserve is the ideal partner for every occasion. It is perfect as an aperitif and can be enjoyed with a wide variety of dishes. It should be served at 8°. Contains sulfites.

Haton Pure Brut Nature White

Aged for at least 4 years, Haton Brut Nature has a golden yellow color with a perfect shine, superb effervescence of delicate bubbles forming a creamy flow. The aroma of this Champagne is complex and elegant, with a strong emphasis on stone fruits (white peaches) and citrus (grapefruits and lemons) with a brioche finish and notes of almond, toasted hazelnut and orange peel. Haton Blanc de Blancs White
Haton Blanc by Blancs Brut is a “top of the range” Champagne that reflects the complexity and elegance of an excellent, carefully selected Chardonnay. Aged for at least 4-6 years, Haton Blanc de Blancs reveals a pale golden color with a wide, continuous bead of fine bubbles. Floral and refined, this Champagne brings to you aromas of rose and acacia flower. Haton Réserve Brut White
Haton Réserve is a champagne with a well-balanced blend of three grape varieties (Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay). It is a cuvée that reflects all the knowledge of the Maison de Jean-Noël Haton. Aged for at least 3 years, Haton Réserve opens with a straw yellow color with a beautiful shine and fine, abundant bubbles. The aromas of this Champagne envelop you in delicate fragrances of white peaches, citrus fruits and orange blossom, followed by notes of hazelnuts and sweet spices. Alexanders' spicy and spicy notes are reminiscent of the undergrowth where our Cade freely grows. Orris and honey guarantee a sweet yet musky, long-lasting effect on the tongue, keeping its edge while the floral and citrus notes blend perfectly. A floral body in bloom with notes of Rose Centifolia and Jasmine de Grasse. The gelatinous facets of Orange Bitter are countered by Angelica's herbaceous punch. St. Germain
St. Germain is a French liquor made from flowers of elderberry, a shrub that grows in the wetlands near the Alps and which blooms for 4-6 weeks a year. It is made in a totally traditional and handmade way. The flowers macerated with grape brandy from the region of Burgundy (mostly white). Once macerated, it is distilled and once it is finished, a part is distilled again. Finally, a minimal amount of cane sugar is added to enhance the natural floral flavor. Take it pure with ice, or with Gin Tonic, and in many cocktails!
At sight it is a bright golden yellow color. He has an intense nose. Floral and herbaceous aromas that appear along with subtle fruity notes of grape and light touches of citrus (grapefruit).
