In the Estremoz region, in the heart of Alentejo, Tiago Cabaço .com Premium White was born, a wine that celebrates the wine richness of this land. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by a stage in the same material, ensuring the preservation of the grapes' unique characteristics. This wine benefits from a careful selection of grape varieties, both Portuguese and international, harvested at the exact ripeness. The proximity of the vineyards to the winery, combined with gentle pressing and fermentation at low temperatures, results in an exceptionally fresh and captivating wine. With a lemon yellow color and a more fruity than floral profile, Tiago Cabaço .com Premium White stands out for its intense aromatic expression and freshness. It is structured and dense, giving it seriousness and volume, and culminates in a vigorous and refreshing finish, marking itself as a reference in Alentejo.

After slight crushing the grapes are subjected to a thermal shock, followed by passing through a traditional vertical press. The wort is transferred to small capacity wine tanks with temperature control. The grape varieties are vinified separately. The wine stems on the lees for seven months. As a result of traditional pressing, the wine has an intense greenish color. In it we can find the vibrant acidity of Arinto combined with the living fruit of the Rabigato. Wine of clear appearance, citrus green color slightly auburn. Features jasmine floral notes combined with pear and apricot fruits. The flavor is intense and voluminous accompanied by a balanced acidity. Long and persistent wine. Contains Sulfites.

It is a wine made from grapes produced in a small vineyard located in Lau, planted with different varieties, where the following varieties are distinguished: Antão Vaz, Arinto and Roupeiro. This vineyard gives the wines elegance, delicacy and complexity; planted in sandy soils, the resulting wine is intense, fresh and mineral. Contains sulfites.

Coming from the best plots of this farm, the Alvarinho, Loureiro and Arinto grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. The must, after static decanting, fermented in French oak barrels where it aged for 8 months. This Reserve edition has a citrus yellow color, with slight golden nuances. Elegant and persistent aroma, with notes of wood well integrated and combined with the minerality of the wine. Good volume in the mouth (creamy), with a crunchy acidity and a fresh and long finish. Contains sulfites.

From the vineyards of Herdade Paço do Conde located in an Alentejo microclimate ideal for white wines, the Antão Vaz and Arinto grape varieties create this citrus colored wine, with a ripe fruit aroma with notes of pear and peach. Balanced, fresh, fruity and sweet taste at the end. Contains sulfites.

Some of the best Moscatel grapes from the Favaios plateau are selected and harvested by hand. To extract the maximum aromatic richness of the grapes, a pre-fermentative maceration is carried out for 48 hours and only afterwards the clean must is extracted. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats for about 15 days with a controlled temperature between 15-18ºC. Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, a 5-month stage begins, during which contact with fine lees is promoted, after which filtration and bottling follow. Bright and citrus colored, with intense floral and fruity aromas, with emphasis on lychees, roses and tropical fruits. In the mouth it is quite elegant, fresh and balanced, with good acidity and medium structure. It ends in a balanced and persistent way. Contains sulfites.

71% of the wine fermented and aged 4 months in new fine French oak barrels. This harvest has a pale yellow color with greenish reflections, a rich aroma of yellow fruits characteristic of the Chardonnay variety, such as peach and pineapple, combined with roasted and vanilla nuances from contact with French wood. In the mouth, we find strong flavors of yellow fruits well combined with wood, a frank acidity, which gives it a mineral character and a full and persistent finish. With the bottle stage it gains complexity by highlighting notes of nuts. Contains Sulfites.
