Costa Boal Superior Red
Produced from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Sousão, harvested in Cabêda (Alijo) Cima Corgo and in Pocinho V.N. Foz Côa, Douro Superior. This Superior red aged in French oak barrels for between 16 and 18 months. It has a lively ruby color and complex aroma, large volume, lively acidity, very well integrated, and finely cut tannins. Its finish is very long, elegant and highly harmonious. Edition of 6000 bottles. Contains sulfites.

In honor of the Founder, this Reserve is one of the largest Ports of Sandeman. Selected from the best 'lots' of each vintage and aged for 5 years. Full of power, fruit and fire that distinguishes the classic Porto, the Sandeman Porto Founder's Reserve is the culmination of two hundred years of experience. Intense ruby ??red color, bright and clean. Aromas rich in red fruits with a touch of age create an elegant reflection of powerful flavors, the fruit and the fire characteristic of the young Porto classic, balanced with the delicacy of age. The Founder's Reserve of this Port is produced by the traditional method of Port Wine. The grapes harvested are subjected to stem removal and crushing before fermentation, under temperature control, with maceration of the skin, in order to extract the best components. The addition of wine to alcohol at the ideal time establishes the balance between the body and the bouquet of wine. This moment is chosen by the oenologist after rigorous control of fermentation temperatures and densities, the second depends on the grape variety, the stage of maturation and the final sweetness required. Manual harvest, bunch by bunch, individually selected. Fermentation in a stone mill and treading of the masses lasting between 6 to 8 days. Malolactic fermentation and 16 months aging in French and American oak barrels. Ruby red in color with aromas of red fruit matching perfectly with the touch of barrel. In the mouth, the firm tannins and fruit stand out, complementing each other in a complex and elegant structure. Contains sulfites.

Harvested by hand at their optimum, the grapes are de-stemmed, crushed and vinified according to a process that is based on a careful maceration with color extraction, tannins and flavors of the films, complemented by permanent reruns during fermentation. This takes place in mills, at a controlled temperature between 28-30ºC, until reaching the desired Baumé degree. At this stage, wine spirits (benefit) are added, giving rise to a fortified wine. High quality wine, obtained by stocking wines from harvests of several years, in order to acquire a complementarity of organoleptic characteristics typical of this old tawny style. The 20 Years Tawny Cauldron is a wine that reflects the art of the lot, and results from the careful combination of aged wines in oak casks, with an average age of 20 years. Brown color with greenish reflections. Concentrated nose, voluptuous, where the woody aromas predominate, notes of honey and delicate nuances of spices. On the palate it is magnificently structured, with firm and polished tannins. Soft, sweet texture with excellent persistence and a very spicy finish. Contains sulfites.

Amber wine with greenish glints, an intense, exquisite and very complex Port, combining notes of nuts (almonds, hazelnuts), with balsamic and spice suggestions. Vigorous but quite elegant, with remarkable freshness to define an endless mouth. Contains sulfites.
