In honor of the Founder, this Reserve is one of the largest Ports of Sandeman. Selected from the best 'lots' of each vintage and aged for 5 years. Full of power, fruit and fire that distinguishes the classic Porto, the Sandeman Porto Founder's Reserve is the culmination of two hundred years of experience. Intense ruby ??red color, bright and clean. Aromas rich in red fruits with a touch of age create an elegant reflection of powerful flavors, the fruit and the fire characteristic of the young Porto classic, balanced with the delicacy of age. The Founder's Reserve of this Port is produced by the traditional method of Port Wine. The grapes harvested are subjected to stem removal and crushing before fermentation, under temperature control, with maceration of the skin, in order to extract the best components. The addition of wine to alcohol at the ideal time establishes the balance between the body and the bouquet of wine. This moment is chosen by the oenologist after rigorous control of fermentation temperatures and densities, the second depends on the grape variety, the stage of maturation and the final sweetness required. This wine has a light amber color. In the nose reveals an extremely rich, complex and abundant bouquet of walnuts, also evoking aromas of mint and almonds. Full-bodied, sweet and rich in the palate, with an attractive nutty taste, it presents, despite its age, a fairly long finish. Contains sulfites.

Alcoholic Fermentation interrupted by the addition of brandy, a lot aged in wood about 10 Years until bottled. Wine with good aromas of soft wood and with some spices. In the mouth is pleasant the bouquet of wood and spices. Provides a good rectronasal touch and has a good and prolonged finish. Contains sulfites.
Messias 30 Anos Tawny
Alcoholic fermentation interrupted by the addition of brandy, a lot aged in wood about 30 Years until bottled. Wine with fine tertiary aromas and well achieved already with a superb touch of vanilla and where aromas of spices such as nutmeg and peppers are present. In the mouth we see all these predicates confirmed together with a powerful retronasal attack and a very prolonged end of mouth. Contains sulfites.
