Grapes harvested by hand for small boxes. Partial destemming, followed by crushing and pumping into stainless steel tanks. Temperature controlled fermentation, mild reassembly, maceration after one week. Malo-lactic fermentation in vat. Aging for 20 months in French oak barrels (50% new). It is defined as a classic Douro, with great seduction, very precise aroma definition, a unique natural freshness, silky texture, great balance and contained sumptuousness. Contains Sulfites.

Wine from the areas of Cotas and Douro Ervedosa do Douro, aged between 30 and 60 years, planted on terraces and wide terraces, above 400 meters. Bright garnet color, high aromas of red and blue fruit tones, tinged with wet stone and violets. Exuberant on the palate, but with brilliant acidity to balance cherry and pomegranate red fruits, white pepper, slate and herbal aromas overlaying the fruit core in a juicy, fresh finish. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest, selection table, pneumatic pressing, alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperatures (12º to 14ºC). Stage in stainless steel vats. Pinkish color, with little intense red reflections. Elegant aroma, where red fruits stand out together with some vegetable aromas that give it greater freshness. Delicate palate with good acidity, has a persistent finish. Contains Sulfites.
