Manual harvest. Grapes from an old Rabo-de-Ovelha vineyard with more than 40 years. Total destemming and pressing. Grape must selection and low temperature decantation. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with indigenous yeasts. This wine is not aged in barrels. It presents a crystalline color with greenish tones. Elegant and very fresh aroma with notes of citrus and wet stone. Very good structure in the mouth, with minerality and vibrant acidity. Contains sulfites.

Bojador Reserva White

Manual harvest. In the cellar, the grapes were selected on a vibrating selection table, with total destemming and light crushing of the berry. Fermentation took place in 500L French oak barrels. Golden color, nose of evident minerality, which denounces the terroir that gave rise to it. Discreet barrel that surrounds the ensemble. Good volume in the mouth and remarkable freshness. Contains sulfites.

Beyra Grande Reserva White

Vineyards with an average age of 80 years in clayey-schist soils. Fermentation and aging with stirring of fine lees in French oak barrels until filling. Structured wine, with mineral character and ripped citrus aromas. It presents complex notes, fruits such as grapefruit and lime and very balanced and lively acidity. Contains sulfites.

Casa Relvas Rabo de Ovelha White

Manual harvest. Total stalking. Pre-fermentation maceration for 8 to 12 hours. Vacuum press, fermentation at controlled temperatures (15ºC to 18ºC) in stainless steel vats for 10 to 15 days. Aging for 4 months in 400L barrels. Citrus yellow color, complex aroma of tropical fruits and orange blossom. Very fresh on the palate and with good acidity. Mineral and harmonious. Contains sulfites.

The remaining varieties are aged in French oak barrels of the second year for 9 months, with weekly batching. Clear and straw yellow in color, this wine is deeply aromatic. The citrus aromas and notes of tropical fruit can be distinguished. An elegant acidity enhances the velvety texture of this wine, making it fresh, mineral and intense, with a long and lasting finish.
