In the mouth its good freshness motivated by the acidic richness, very balanced, gives a sensation of sweetness, being a dry wine with some volume. It has a lot of persistence in the aftertaste, leaving a lot of fruit on the palate. Contains sulfites.

Grapes selected in the vineyard and cut by hand. Fermentation at controlled temperature with slight maceration, interrupted by the addition of brandy. Aging in stainless steel vats. Straw yellow color, floral aroma, citrus, with tropical nuances. Fresh, smooth and persistent palate. Light and fresh dry white Port. Excellent delicious and refreshing aperitif, ideal for hot days. Contains sulfites.

The grapes are chilled and then pressed in a pneumatic press. Cold decanting, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel barrels and vats with regular buffering up to one month before bottling. Aging 6 months in new and used French oak barrels (30% of wine) and stainless steel vats (70%), with regular bâtonnage. It is a rich and concentrated white wine, but very precisely in citrus fruit and notorious minerality. Contains Sulfites.

Grapes are harvested by hand into small boxes before being refrigerated and then pressed into a pneumatic press without destemming. Cold decanting, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled French oak barrels and regular bottling up to one month before bottling. Aging 11 months in used French oak barrels, with regular bâtonnage and 6 months in bottle. It is a wine of extraordinary rarity, with incredible precision and definition, an expectation of longevity of 25 or more years, and immediately established itself as a cult white wine. Beautiful golden color, very fresh white fruit with mineral notes on the nose. Medium-bodied, very fresh appears subtle at the mouth entrance and is gaining richness, fat and complexity throughout the trial, with very ripe fruit and complexities resulting from the fermentation in wood. In the mouth stands out its acidity that together with its volume and texture give it a long and refreshing finish. Contains Sulfites.
