Casa Ferreirinha Vinha Grande Red
Features a deep ruby color. In the aroma it stands out for the very mature black fruit like the plum and the cássis, balsamic notes the resin and cedar, aromas of spices like the pepper and the clove, combined with a discrete wood and very well integrated. In the mouth it has a good attack, tannins alive and of good quality, alive acidity and well married, standing out also the notes of black fruit and spices. Its end is long and with great harmony. Herdade dos Grous Red
The grapes selected by hand, after the removal of the respective film, are cooled by a thermal shock of 10 ° C. After a cold maceration for two days, the wine ferments in small steel tanks.
