Wine obtained from old vines grafted with forks from Madeira Island. After fermentation, the wine aged under fine lees in order to obtain greater greasiness. Saline, mineral, with some tropical fruit. With a unique exoticism it shows freshness, depth and enormous elegance.

Coming from the Dão region and cultivated on the slopes of Serra da Estrela, this straw-yellow colored wine was produced.

In the fertile region of Dão, lies Vila Nova de Tazem, a historic landmark that dates back to the Neolithic period, assuming a particularly prominent role on the stage of the French invasions.

Fresh grapes at their ideal point of maturation, selected from plots 7 and 8 of the Levandeira vineyard, hand-picked into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the cellar where they are pressed as a whole bunch in a pneumatic press. Fermentation in stainless steel and aging in French and Hungarian oak barrels, on fine lees, for 9 months. A wine of great elegance, with notes of citrus fruit (grapefruit and lime), tea leaf, pastry and toasted bread. In the mouth, very fresh, full of layers of flavor and volume.

Made from the Trincadeira, Aragonês, Syrah and Alicante Bouschet grape varieties, the Monte da Ravasqueira Clássico Red wine has a classic character due to the grape varieties that make it up and that the consumer recognizes, but with a modern profile when tasted. Wine for all consumers, not aged in wood, concentrated, full of volume, exuberant, elegant and expressive. Dark red color with violet tones. Frank and exuberant nose, with varietal expression, of Syrah. Notes of red fruit, spices and chocolate. Voluminous attack with menthol notes. In the tasting it is elegant, with persistent and elegant tannins. Long and harmonious finish. A red full of personality, it indelibly accompanies every moment.

Aged for 4 months in used French oak barrels. A wine concentrated and deep in the aroma, with a floral edge of great intensity, forest, pine forest and wild berries. Dense mouth with good structure, with present and appealing tannins with discreet vanilla finish. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel with temperature control at 27°C, with grapes that had been destemmed.

The grapes, on granite soils and under a certified integrated protection regime, are picked between 3 and 4 am, direct press, without sulphites until the end of fermentation, decantation after 12 hours and fermentation, indigenous part in 50% in old barrels, and controlled 50% in stainless steel. 12 months aging on primary lees without battonage. Yellow-citrine color, intense fresh nose, citrus notes, almost pineapple, but subtle. Very fine tense attack, good texture, excellent persistence and freshness .

A wine of excellence produced in a natural way with low intervention, respecting the grape from which it originates and the ancestral method of production of talha wine. Contains sulfites.

This wine is produced exclusively from Touriga Nacional grapes, an identity red variety of the Dão region. Grapes harvested manually, transported in 20 kg boxes to the winery located on the farm, with a very short transport time. Total destemming and fermentation in stainless steel vats at around 22ºC. Aging for 24 months in used French oak barrels, followed by aging in stainless steel for 12 months and 6 months in bottle. Touriga Nacional reveals all its finesse and elegance in this wine, with a discreet barrel involving notes of wild fruit, floral notes and delicate citrus. The taste is light and sophisticated, fruity and very fresh, thanks to the good acid balance. A classic Dão, with polished tannins and great freshness, full of character and a sense of origin. Contains sulfites.

Beginning of fermentation in tanning with end in barrel. Aging for 9 months in oak barrels of 600 Lts. Citric color, aroma of white fruits, lychees. Full-bodied, fresh and elegant. Long aftertaste. Contains sulfites.
