To prepare Freixenet Ice Rose, two noble red varieties, Grenache and Pinot Noir, were used. Chardonnay's touch makes the wine more intense and balances the effect of ice.It has an intense aroma of fruits, raspberries, blackthorn and strawberries. To obtain the structure and preservation potential indispensable to this exceptional Superior Sparkling Wine, only the juices of the whole grape core are used after separation of the first and last extraction. The grapes are left to ferment for the first time, turning the juice into wine base. The permanence in cuba allows the development of the complexity of the aromas and the structure of Sparkling Superior ELPÍDIO. The elegance and delicacy of the aroma suggest soft notes of white flesh fruits, remembering pear and apple, with slight citrus fruit and some toasted. The persistence and creaminess revealed by the long stage, wrapped in perfect freshness and mousse, contribute to a deep and sophisticated finish. Contains sulfites.

El3mento is born from a partnership between Luís Pedro Cândido da Silva and Carmelo Peña Santana, who since the university had a dream of joining the two heads and making a wine together. After 5 years, and many ideas shared, the first El3mento in the Douro was born, from a centuries-old vineyard 600 meters above sea level in the area of Barcos - Tabuaço. Comtes Rose has a rich rose colour. The bubbles are extraordinarily delicate and form a wonderfully fine necklace of mousse. The nose is refined, fresh and young, revealing subtle and complex aromas of berries gently combining wild strawberries, morello cherries and blackcurrants. In the background blossoms a hint of fresh almonds and liquorice. The initial fruitiness quickly intensifies on the palate. The mid-palate is rich and structured, with a tannin tartness reminiscent of blackcurrant and red wine poached pears. The generous finish maintains balance and freshness. Still young, but already possessing great class, Comtes de Champagne Rosé Millésimé 2006 has a tannic structure that is becoming rounder and its depth and perfection are still improving. It is a wine for celebration and ceremony and is an ideal accompaniment for fruit desserts such as strawberries, Tarte Tatin or poached pears. Contains sulfites.

Quinta dos Carvalhais Colheita Rose
Slight color blush that brings to the elegance of the aroma that characterizes it: soft notes of forest fruits like raspberries and blackberries, and floral nuances of great elegance. In the mouth the crunchy acidity typical of the Dão region stands out and gives it freshness. Wine elegant, complex and engaging, with the fruity notes again appearing in the mouth and extending into a long and harmonious end.

Campolargo Cerceal Bruto White
Pressing of the whole grapes followed by decantation and fermentation in a vat with controlled temperature. Small part fermented in barrel. Followed by the classic method (bottle fermentation) that is never less than one year. Citrus color, very fine aroma in the aroma, with notes of white flowers.
