Manual harvest. Manual choice of curls. Destemming and slight crushing of the berries. The grapes were fermented in used 500L French oak barrels where they were subjected to gentle pigeages. After an aging period of 19 months in barrels, we carry out a light fining and then bottling. The wine rested for 1 year before being marketed. Intense ruby color. Deep and complex aroma. Ripe red and black fruits, spicy notes and hints of tobacco stand out. Nose with great precision. Greedy attack, very fragrant in the mouth, silky tannins, ample, balanced acidity and a very long finish. Contains sulfites.

Fermented with loaf and film in stone mills, without temperature control. The pasta is pressed and this press wine is separated. Malolactic fermentation takes place after the mill leaves cement tanks. Stage in French oak barrels for 9 months later in 3 months in bottle. If stored in good condition has great possibilities to improve for a few more years. Present a violet red color with intense, fruity aroma, an excellent combination with French Oak wood. Quinta dos Murças Minas, coming from the Douro region. Manual harvesting, sorting table, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperatures (25º to 28ºC) in granite mills with foot step and pressing in an old vertical press. In concrete vats and used French oak barrels, for about 9 months. Intense color with violet lines. Exuberant and concentrated aroma where the ripe red and black fruits dominate, some floral aromas and balsamic aromas, as the esteva. Palate dominated by freshness and liveliness, it has firm and ripe tannins, with a well-rounded acidity. It finishes long and persistent, standing out the balance between its freshness and maturation. Contains Sulfites.
