Discover the essence of tradition and oenological excellence with Villa Oliveira Vinha do Províncio White Magnum.
This extremely limited edition is more than a wine - it's a tribute to our centuries-old history.
Produced from a natural blend of grape varieties from a specific old vineyard, located in a very specific area of the property, each bottle of Villa Oliveira Vinha do Províncio is truly unique. Harvested manually, the grapes begin fermentation in cement tanks with indigenous yeasts, allowing the wine to reveal all its character and complexity.
By revisiting the traditional white winemaking processes at Casa da Passarella, including tanning as in red wines, this wine is a testament to our dedication to rescuing the ancient Dão winemaking methods. The result is an incomparable sensorial experience that reflects our conviction in excellence and authenticity.
Discover the results of this in-depth historical research in every sip of Villa Oliveira Vinha do Províncio and indulge in a unique journey through the flavors and traditions of Dão.

Coming from the 28-55 year old Texture vineyards in Vila Nova de Tazem, in the Serra da Estrela sub-region, at an altitude of 480-550 m, on granitic soils. The tear must naturally fermented in new French oak (70%) and foudre (30%) barrels. Aged for 11 months “sur lie” without batonnage, followed by 10 months in stainless steel tanks. Naturally stabilized. It is a very elegant wine, with delicate citrus aromas, mainly lemon and lime, cedar, pepper and even a noticeable oak. Acidity and crunchy minerality, it shows great potential despite the concentration of still young, dense and creamy old vines. Long and pleasant finish. Contains sulfites.
