Grapes selected in the vineyard and cut by hand. Fermentation with controlled temperature and prolonged maceration. 20% of the lot was aged in 2nd year French oak wood and 80% of the lot remained in stainless steel. Ruby color, fresh and fruity aroma (blueberries and raspberries), palate of good aromatic intensity, good volume of mouth where fruit stands out, freshness and elegance. Contains Sulfites.

Adega Mayor Baga Red
Adega Mayor Baga Red is a testament to winemaking dedication and art. The result of manual harvesting and a meticulous selection of bunches, the grapes are de-stemmed and fermented at a controlled temperature in 5000 L French oak vats, where they also mature for 18 months. This care and attention to detail ensure the exceptional quality of this wine which, after bottling, rests until it reaches the ideal point to be enjoyed.
With a bright ruby color, this wine unfolds on the nose with fresh and complex aromas, highlighting dehydrated red fruit, hints of forest and touches of orange, all delicately wrapped in balsamic notes. Segredo 6 Old Vineyards Magnum Red
The best kept secret of Francisco Costa, better known in the football world as 'Costinha', and António Boal, from Costa Boal Family Estates, a red from old Trás-os-Montes vineyards and named 'Segredo 6'. A 3.5 hectare plot in Mirandela, Trás-os-Montes. This was a wine that aged in new French oak barrels (500 liters) for 16 months, and another year in the bottle. But it still has "great potential" for aging. Contains sulfites.
Pasmados White
Fermentation at 18ºC. Aging for 3 months in 2nd year French oak barrels with bâtonnage, resting in our cellars the rest of the time. Straw yellow color, aroma of dried fruits (nuts, hazelnuts), very ripe pineapple, melon, harmonious, elegant, great evolution. Fruit present, some oak, good acidity, complexity. Long finish. Contains sulfites.
Messias Superior Red
Initial cold maceration, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and prolonged maceration. Stage in French oak barrels for 12 months. Deep in color and intense aromas of fruit and spices, tamed by the floral surrounding. Compact and with refreshing tannins in a pleasant and prolonged finish. Contains Sulfites.
Blog Bivarietal Red
In 2015 we enjoyed long and slow maturations that our older strains and our best plots have taken advantage of to provide grapes with an exemplary balance between acidity and tannins. The two grape varieties that benefited most with the exceptional goodness of nature were Syrah and Alicante Bouschet, providing grapes in perfect maturity. With raw material so good we prefer to work them little, letting the grapes speak for themselves. That's why we did little more than one walk on our wineries, according to the most traditional methods of the region, followed by a stage in new barrels and barrels of second year of French oak, letting the wine express itself in the purest form .
Very fleshy red color. Tense and closed, concentrated and powerful, floral and fruity, it ends with some earthy notes that add complexity. Silky and velvety in texture, it is an intense and structured red, vigorous but not aggressive, complex and elegant, fresh finish and great guarding potential.
