The harvest took place in the last week of September. The grapes were harvested manually, to small boxes of 18kg. The alcoholic fermentation lasted about 15 days, with gentle maceration for a good extraction of aromas and color. After fermentation, it was transferred to French oak barrels where it remained for 12 months. After bottling the wine remained about 6 months in a fresh cellar before being released to the market. It presents an intense ruby color, aromas of forest fruits and notes of ripe plum, with an excellent structure and a long and expressive finish. Contains Sulfites.

Manual harvest for 12 kg boxes. Manual selection on a vibrating sorting table, followed by destemming and light crushing. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. After pressing, the wine is transferred to 500L French oak barrels, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and ages for another 10 months. Deep ruby color. Aroma dominated by fruit, ripe cherry and fresh plum, in perfect balance with light toasted notes from aging in wood. Pressing the grapes with total destemming, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats with selected yeasts at a temperature of 28-30ºC. Maceration period of 12 days with "reassemblages". Aging in 225L French oak barrels for 10 months. Bright, grenadine color, with an intense fruit bouquet with aromas of blackberry, with vanilla and oak notes. Tannins, body and acidity very well balanced. Contains sulfites.
Pequenos Rebentos Loureiro Vinhas Velhas White

Made from a vineyard planted in 1989, between Ponte de Lima and Braga, the vines of the Loureiro variety with the lowest production were selected. Wine resulting from spontaneous fermentation, in used barrels from Puligny-Montrachet and consequent maturation of about 7 months, using battonage. It is a wine with a strong varietal character, fresh with a slight floral. This laurel has a well-closed aroma, with light florals, with a greenish color, thin and fine in the mouth, with a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Ferradosa Vinhas Velhas White

Degummed grapes, slightly crushed in a pneumatic press, the resulting wort being decanted into 2,500 liters stainless steel vats for 24 hours at 10 ° C and then passed into new and one-year French 225-liter oak barrels where it ferments during 25 days at controlled temperatures between 10 ° C and 14 ° C. Stage in these barrels for about 8 months, with battonage.
