Manual harvest with careful selection of bunches, followed by fermentation in new 500 liters French oak barrels. After 6 months of aging with "battonage" on fine lees, the result is a fresh, structured and unctuous white wine. Greenish-yellow in color, clear and bright, it reveals fresh aromas of citrus peel wrapped in green and spicy notes, on a complex background of field herbs and wild flowers. In the mouth, it is dry, with refined acidity, highlighting touches of orange, white plum and subtle dried fruit, such as macadamia. An intriguing and endless Alentejo white.

The white icon of the company, this is a wine from the oldest vineyard in Antão Vaz that the company owns, with very small productions, but with unparalleled quality and concentration. It is a grape variety with an Alentejo accent, consensual, rustic but well adapted to hot, sunny climates and the gentle slopes of Vidigueira. This Antão Vaz is fermented and aged for a long time in new French oak barrels. A rarely released wine, with a limited production and with a distinct profile from the ex-libris variety of Vidigueira. Very fine and elegant notes of ripe tropical fruit, marked minerality mixed with citrus notes. White spices and subtle toast. Structured, very fresh and with a long and elegant finish. It also has a special appetite for an excellent evolution in the bottle.

Manual harvesting in 20 kg boxes with strict selection at the cellar entrance. Fermentation started in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Fermentation in used French oak barrels has ended. Aging for 8 months in used French oak barrels. The austere nose shows notes of citrus aromas and dry straw. Mineral and very elegant, it offers an enormous complexity of aromas, showing itself to be elegant and complex, concentrated and with a firm acidity and tense finish. Contains Sulfites.
