Crochet Red
Crochet is a four-handed wine that faithfully translates the colossal and untamed spirit of the Douro. A wine made by two friends, Susana Esteban and Sandra Tavares da Silva, winemakers who share not only a relationship of deep friendship but a common passion for wine and a sensitivity and visions similar to what the Douro can and can offer. Two winemakers who joined efforts to produce this Douro wine that brings together the feeling and the common experience of many harvests together and separated. Manual fermentation in 15 kg boxes with strict selection at the entrance of the cellar. Vinification in stainless steel with post fermentation maceration. Stage of 18 months in French oak barrels 40% new and 60% second year. Red color retinta. Fruity but compact, almost monolithic, it alternates between the delicacy of the fruit and an intensely mineral profile surprising for the softness of the tannins, the aromatic depth and the vehemence of the structure. Tense and serious, it is a rigorous and well-educated red that presents itself fine and elegant. Contains Sulfites.
Procura Vinhas Velhas Red
Manual harvesting, for boxes of 20kg, with rigorous selection in the cellar. Vinification in stainless steel mills, small capacity, with temperature control. Stage for 16 months in French oak barrels, of which 30% are new barrels and 70% barrels used. Very dark red color, almost black. The notes of ripe fruit and intense, although without any excess of maturation, which adds tobacco, graphite and a mineral background, are accompanied by a slight vegetal suggestion that adds to them an unusual complexity and tension. Vivid and powerful, austere but delicate, it surprises by the lively yet serene tannins, ending fresh and vigorous thanks to a well integrated acidity. Contains Sulfites.
Procura Vinhas Velhas White
Manual harvesting in 20 kg boxes with strict selection at the cellar entrance. Fermentation started in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Fermentation in used French oak barrels has ended. Aging for 8 months in used French oak barrels. The austere nose shows notes of citrus aromas and dry straw. Mineral and very elegant, it offers an enormous complexity of aromas, showing itself to be elegant and complex, concentrated and with a firm acidity and tense finish. Contains Sulfites.

Sidecar Red
Sharing moments, ideas and experiences with other winemakers or people related to wine is something that Susana Esteban always liked and encouraged. And for this reason he decided to create the Sidecar brand. Every year the producer and winemaker will challenge a friend to make a wine in his cellar in Mora. They will decide how to interpret the fantastic vineyards of the region and as the project's mentor says, they will be driving the bike! For the second edition of the Sidecar invited two friends, the oenologist Filipa Pato and the sommelier William Wouters. An interesting trio, and that above all, makes sense! It decided to join a field blend of traditional varieties of Serra de São Mamede, a cooler and higher altitude zone of the Alentejo, with a Berry of a century-old vineyard of Bairrada, zone influenced by the Atlantic. The wines fermented and stamped both in amphora.

Procura Rose
Manual vintage in 20kg boxes with rigorous choice at the entrance of the cellar, temperature controlled stainless steel vats.
The color of the muscat purple is very present, as well as its aroma, which is imposed along with the orange peel and orange blossom aroma. In the mouth is dry, fresh and full-bodied. The Quest Rosé comes from vineyards in the region of Portalegre. The combination of two grape varieties, Aragonês and Moscatel Roxo in the old vineyards of Serra de São Mamede, gives it a unique aroma and characteristics, resulting in a dry, fresh and gastronomic wine. Aventura Red
Pale red color. The freshness transpires from the first moment, noticeable in the floral and elegant slope that is complemented by a luscious and balanced fruit. Melodic and polished, fruity and smooth, it finishes seductive and silky although contained by firm tannins and a refreshing acidity. A wine of pure elegance with the capacity to evolve serenely in a bottle. Contains Sulfites.

Tricot is a four-handed wine that faithfully portrays the beauty and tranquility of the Alentejo. It is born of the care and dedication of two winemakers who have combined their visions and experience of many harvests to produce unique wines, which are the purest expression of each region. Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes with the strict selection at the entrance of the cellar. Vinification in stainless steel vats with maceration after fermentation. Stage for 18 months in French oak barrels, 30% new and 70% used. Ruby red color. The character of the vineyards of the Serra de São Mamede is very present in this wine, bringing freshness and minimality. The Touriga Nacional is also well present, with its unmistakable character, resulting in an elegant, complex and harmonious wine. Contains Sulfites.
