The grapes are selected and harvested by hand. The must undergoes maceration for 12 to 14 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for a period of 6 to 10 months and further refined in the bottle. Bright ruby red color, intense and persistent bouquet with notes of wild fruits that combine well with the aromas released by the wood of the barrels. Quinta da Rede Vinha do Pinheiro White

Discover Quinta da Rede Vinha do Pinheiro White, a distinguished wine from the Lower Corgo subregion in the Douro. Produced from a selection of indigenous grape varieties including Arinto, Gouveio, and Viosinho, this wine is the result of meticulous care from vineyard to bottle.
The vinification process begins with manual grape selection, followed by total destemming and cold skin maceration for 8 hours. Fermentation takes place in lightly toasted French oak barrels at a controlled temperature of 15ºC, and the wine matures "sur lies" for 12 months in new 500L barrels, adding complexity and elegance.
With an intense citrine color and greenish reflections, it reveals aromas of ripe peach and orange accompanied by smoky notes and a hint of wet stone on the nose. The palate is notable for its volume and balanced body, ending with a crisp freshness that promises longevity. Ideal for pairing with fatty fish, all variants of cod, grilled white meats, and soft sheep cheeses, it should be served at 12ºC.
