The grapes were harvested, after a rigorous selection in the vineyard and in the cellar, the grapes were pressed with the whole bunch, under low pressure. The must fermented 80% in used 500L French oak barrels (must from old vines) and 20% in stainless steel vats (must from new vines), remaining for 8 months. Of greenish citrine color, it presents a fresh aroma denoting complexity. It has an intense mineral character, which gives it freshness, together with notes of orchard fruit – white plum, citrus – lime zest, light aroma of smoke and spices. Frank in the mouth is mineral, enveloping with acidity tempered by the light greasiness provided by the partial malolactic produced in barrels. Contains sulfites.

Careful selection of grapes on a sorting mat, followed by total destemming, crushing and transport by gravity to stainless steel fermentation tanks. Pre-fermentative maceration at low temperature for 48 hours, followed by alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures between 25-27ºC. In view of the high qualitative potential demonstrated, an additional period of skin maceration was followed, enhancing the structure, depth and complexity of the wine, after which it was transferred to 225l oak barrels. Aged for 18 months in 90% French and 10% American oak barrels. Menin Douro’s New Legacy Reserva is a wine that has an intense ruby color, very fine aromas of sour cherry, cassis and dark chocolate, where at the same time it manifests balsamic and cherry notes, nutmeg and peppermint. It reveals a well-structured mouth, but full of harmony and freshness, with a long and persistent aftertaste.

Manual harvest. Transport of grapes in boxes. Alcoholic fermentation: Maceration in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 26ºC and 28ºC. Very short stage in used French oak casks. A grape variety usually destined for Port Wines or for Douros by lot. Usually it produces less complex wines, and is only useful for batching. It is rarely bottled on its own because it has no structure capable of withstanding aging in the bottle. Relieve an intense fruity, in the mouth press for harmony. Very rounded, voluminous tannins and a well-marked, fresh and powerful aftertaste. A fantastic red, able to break prejudices. Contains Sulfites.

The harvest was performed manually for small capacity boxes. After destemming the grapes, they were trampled on foot in modern temperature-controlled stainless steel presses, followed by aging in French oak barrels and prolonged aging in the bottle. Touriga Nacional, full and voluminous with the sweet and structured Tinta Roriz and the complex aroma of Jaen, growing on slopes at an altitude between 350 and 400 meters. The vine is grown within an integrated protection program. Infestation control is achieved through soil movement. The harvest is done by hand, grape variety by variety, when the ideal ripening point is reached, normally between the second half of September and the first half of October. The harvest is collected in small 10 kg boxes. These wines are obtained after fermentation at a controlled temperature, in order to preserve all their aromatic elegance, in large wooden barrels and stainless steel tanks, for 20 days. The wine is produced by malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and has a subsequent maturation period of 18 months to enhance its structure and complexity. Quinta de Lemos Dona Santana is a wine made from four grape varieties from the Dão region, with notes of jelly and cocoa. Ripe, creamy and elegant dark fruits Sweet and attractive finish. .
