Manual harvest. Grapes transported in pallets. Maceration in small mills at a temperature between 24 and 26ºC. Use of gravity techniques for grape movement. Aging for 22 months in new French oak casks. This is the first wine from the old vineyard plot (M7) of Quinta dos Muros. The wine that determined that this parcel should be preserved. It is the result of 27 varieties, and a lot of care and passion throughout the process. A red that deserves attention when you have it in the glass. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest for 12kg boxes. Cooling of the grapes in a cold room for 24 hours to 10ºC. Manual selection on a vibrating sorting table, followed by destemming and crushing. Vacuum pressing, followed by cold decantation for 48h. Fermentation of each variety individually in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, for 20 days. Greenish hue, clear and bright. Very fine in the aroma, with good citrus fruit notes and a light tropical note. Creamy mouthfeel, marked by expressive fruit and supported by refreshing acidity. Contains sulfites.

Manual individual harvesting, chosen berry by berry, followed by fermentation with indigenous flora in small presses without temperature control. Aging for 18 months in French oak barrels. Bright looking wine with an intense ruby color. At the moment the wine mainly reveals its beautiful youth. However, the complexity is already beginning to be revealed by the notes of spices and very fine black fruit. Arrivals to the Quinta da Leda ans Quinta do Seixo winery, after soft crushing and total destemming, the grapes were fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. During this fermentation, it was reassembled by pump and step by robot, performing a long maceration to achieve a balanced aromatic and polyphenolic extraction. It is intended with this technology that the constituents of the quality present in the ripe grapes thus pass smoothly to the wine. At the end, and at the moment "required" by each variiey/batch, the wine was put in the vat and its masses pressed, the wine being the result of the pressing kept aside from the tear. It has a deep ruby coloc with an intense and complex aroma. Highlights are aromas of ripe red fruits and floral aromas, violet and lavender. Reveals notes of spices like pepper and cinnamon, as well as balsamic aromas the resin. It also has a very good quality integrated wood.
