Quinta de Arcossó Pinot Noir Rose
19,00 €
Quinta de Arcossó Pinot Noir Rosé is a sublime expression of the unique terroir of Arcossó, Vidago, in the Ribeira de Oura sub-region. Cultivated with dedication on an exclusive 1-hectare plot, part of a majestic 8-hectare vineyard planted in 2016, this rosé comes from a generous slope, at an average altitude of 450 meters, facing east, where the 35% slope and the Granitic soil combine to create ideal conditions. Its origin, marked by tradition and passion for winemaking, gives this wine an unmistakable identity.
Meticulously harvested on August 22nd, the grapes for this Pinot Noir Rosé are transformed through careful alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, ensuring the preservation of all their qualities. The result is a wine with an intense salmon color, with light, fresh aromas and exceptional purity. On the palate, it stands out for its balanced structure, vibrant and friendly acidity, culminating in a long and memorable finish. Quinta de Arcossó Pinot Noir Rosé is, without a doubt, a distinct choice for lovers of fine wines, promising a unique and engaging sensorial experience.
Vicentino Gama Nascente Sauvignon Blanc White
11,55 €
Planted in clayey-schist and sandy loam soils, with low yield potential, the Vicentino grape varieties boast their best attributes. The low productivity imposed by the land will act as a stimulus to the quality of the grapes that are formed, promoting an ideal concentration of organic acids, sugars and phenolic compounds. Achieving this balance between quantity and quality, together with a mild climate, makes it possible to obtain a raw material of excellence. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 14ºC. Aging on fermentation lees for 6 months, followed by 3 months of rest in bottle before being marketed. The wine that most reflects the perfect symbiosis between the Atlantic, the soils and the vineyards is Vicentino Sauvignon Blanc. In this white, the proximity to the sea is reflected in a more vegetal profile, associated with the typical characteristics of the variety, showing light notes of tropical fruits balanced in the mouth by a fresh acidity. These sensations persist on the palate, in a smooth and enveloping taste. Contains sulfites.

Esporão Private Selection Red
66,60 €
Esporão Private Selection Red: Syrah and Aragonez were fermented in small stainless steel mills, with alternating step-by-step with short manual overruns done 2-3 times per day, depending on our daily taste throughout the fermentation. We prefer to ferment the Alicante Bouschet in a small stainless steel tank and we did the reassemblies manually. The reason for this choice is that this caste has a relatively brittle film, which may lead to an exaggerated extraction of tannins. After pressing, we kept the wines separated, in order to better understand the evolution of each one. The malolactic fermentation took place in the barrels and spontaneously. 30% in new barrels and 70% in used barrels (1 year), of 225l French oak barrels (Taransaud; Saury; Boutes). After 18 months of internship, during which we only made a transfer immediately after the malolactic, we made the final lot, which was bottled on May 28, 2014, only with a slight filtration and without any type of bonding. In the nose predominates the black fruit with slight notes of smoke and spices. In the palate it shows density and richness, shows itself balanced, with good acidity and fine tannins. The ending is long and persistent. Contains Sulfites.
