Grapes from 23-year-old vines. Manual harvest and selective choice for 20 kg boxes. Second selection of grapes at the sorting table. Crushing with total destemming. Must obtained by the open spout process with very light pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 16ºC, for a period of 22 days. Stage in new and used French oak barrels for 18 months. Medium straw color. Delicate and balanced aroma where light citrus notes and light nuances of pine resin stand out. In the mouth, the freshness stands out in the foreground, with special emphasis on the intense mineral notes. It is a wine with great structure and complexity.
Vicentino Gama Poente Colheita Red

Each variety ferments separately for 10 days at 26ºC, followed by a period of prolonged maceration, in contact with the skins. The stage is partial, in French oak barrels, for 8 months. The red Vicentino is the wine that best portrays the fusion between the warm Alentejo plains and the freshness of the Vicentina Coast. Its intense aroma of ripe red fruit is complemented in the mouth by the tannins softened by the barrel and the acidity that the fresh Atlantic breeze kept. After tasting, the palate feels filled with a round and elegant wine, and an admirable aromatic persistence.
Coelheiros Chardonnay White

The grapes were manually harvested into 25kg boxes and immediately transported to the cellar where they were stored in the cold chamber for 24 hours. This was followed by grape selection and pneumatic pressing and decanting. The alcoholic fermentation started in a stainless steel tank with selected yeasts. After fermentation starts, the must was transferred to 500L barrels. The wine was kept in contact with fine lees. Aging for 8 months in barrels with battonage. The nose shows white fruit involved in light, very discreet smoky notes. The palate is unctuous, balanced and with a good acidity that gives it a fresh and prolonged finish. Contains sulfites.

The grapes were crushed gently with total destemming, which was followed by the alcoholic fermentation process in a stainless steel mill, with moderate mechanical treading, ending in maceration for 10 days, under temperature control at 24ºC. The wine aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. After light filtration, bottling took place and a final stage in a 30-month cellar in the bottle. Deep garnet color, good aromatic intensity to very ripe black fruits, cocoa and toasted nuts. A soft flavor with silky tannins of raisin fruit and wild berry, full-bodied but with a long-lasting freshness. Contains sulfites.

The ripening period was less hot than usual and fresh temperatures allowed the grapes to have a good total acidity, an essential factor for a fresh and balanced palate. After a careful selection, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, the fermentation took place in trunk-conical stainless vats and wooden vats, with maceration for about 60 days. It was then aged for 22 months in French oak barrels, of which 25% was new wood, where malolactic fermentation took place. Batuta shows a beautiful ruby color, intense and alive. A deep and complex aroma, although slightly restrained, its mineral and forest profile is in full harmony with the barrel notes. Over time in the glass, the wine will show several layers, in a very elegant register, with fresh spices such as black pepper and cloves. Slim and elegant in the mouth, with a silky texture and firm structure, it features very polished and luxurious tannins. Deep and multidimensional. Although young, it impresses by its balance. End of mouth very thin, very long and seductive. Will grow old with great class. Contains Sulfites.

Fermentation in an open press with controlled temperature. 12 months in French oak barrels gave rise to this wine. Opaque red, of great aromatic intensity, very concentrated and complex. Aromas of ripe fruit, black plum and blackberry, with floral notes typical of Touriga Nacional. In the mouth it is full-bodied, smooth with fine and elegant tannins.
