Quinta do Vallado Touriga Nacional Red

Each plot was harvested manually and vinified separately in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature and reassembly. After malolactic fermentation, all wines were transferred to 225 liter French oak barrels where they remained for 16 months. Of the barrels used, 50% were new and the remainder were 2nd or 3rd year. Typical aroma of ripe Touriga Nacional, bergamot, wild fruits, with floral (violet) and spice nuances. Elegant flavor, with lots of fruit and surrounding tannins. Long and very fresh aftertaste. Contains sulfites.

Good mineral character, which gives it freshness, together with citrus and tropical notes. Vibrant in the mouth, voluminous, with a natural acidity that makes it a fresh and appealing wine. Medium and fruity finish. Contains sulfites.
Adega de Penalva Tinta Roriz Red
Crushing with total destemming, fermentation in stainless steel vats at 30 ° C, aging for 12 months in new and used barrels and bottling after 17 months. Deep ruby color, fruity and attractive aroma, which creates good expectations for the mouth tasting. Strong flavor, muscular tannins, typical of the variety, and great balance between alcohol and acidity. Contains Sulfites.
Munda Jaen Red
Fermentation in stainless steel barrels at controlled temperature. Local varieties provide high quality grapes for dense, dark and storable wines. In the mouth it is good, but it gains body and is reminiscent of gooseberry. The body is structured, not overly powerful, constant and pleasant. Contains Sulfites.
Ribeiro Santo Cimento Red
Manual Harvest. Total destemming. Skin maceration for 24 hours and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at temperatures around 21ºC. After fermentation, the wine aged in a cement tank, reminiscent of the old days of Carlos Lucas's enology. Times when cement was traditionally used. Medium concentration ruby color. Aroma of wild berries and some spices. A very fresh and young wine. It still maintains a freshness and a young aromatic component. In the mouth rustic and with an excellent acidity. A wine that represents very well the classic wines of the Dão. Contains sulfites.
Quinta dos Murças Margem Red
Quinta dos Murças Margem, from the Douro region, staggered in barrels of 500Lts of used French oak for about 9 months. Manual harvesting, sorting table, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperatures (25º to 28ºC) in granite mills with foot step and pressing in an old vertical press. Very intense and exuberant, dominated by ripe black fruits such as blackberry and cassia, balsamic aromas, such as the stew, and soft notes of spices from the used wood stage. Concentrated, it has very mature tannins that, together with its acidity, present but well wrapped, give it a sensation of volume, body and freshness. It has a very long and persistent finish, where the aromas of more mature fruits dominate, allowing to predict a great longevity. Contains Sulfites.
