Manual harvest in plot at 600 meters of altitude. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, at a temperature between 15 to 18ºC. Aged with battonage in vats for 1 year in order to gain volume in the mouth and provide the wine with a natural stability, without adding external products. Bright and attractive golden color. With notes of yellow pulp fruit, it also denotes some dehydrated fruit, always on a fresh background that shows its origin well. Beautiful in the mouth, with the same notes of the nose, reaching with some more tropical notes with the opening. Long finish, allowing to perceive a mixture of sensations of freshness, minerality and honey tones. Contains sulfites.

With a deep dark and opaque color, this choice within the plots of each grape variety reflects well the balance and complements between the two varieties, Touriga Nacional and Syrah. The taste presents ripe black fruit with vegetal, floral and spicy notes. Montes Claros with the designation “Garrafeira” was elaborated from a preview of old vineyards installed in shale soils, with strict control of grape production per hectare and monitoring of the evolution of maturation in each caste and specific field. This process involved, in particular, the associated winemakers, who were extremely cared for for the production of extra quality grapes. Upon arrival at the cellar the grapes were smoothly crushed with total disgust, followed by the process of alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel, with moderate mechanics, ending in maceration for 10 days, under temperature control at 24ºC. Malolactic fermentation occurred in 1st use of 1st use of French, American and Brown Oak, which followed a 12 -month internship in the same barrels. After slight filtration, the traffic jam and a final stage of 30 months in a bottle occurred. Clear appearance and color grenade with depth. Good aromatic intensity, highlighting the notes of red fruits in jam, coffee, chocolate and spices. Soft flavor, with fruity freshness, excellent structure, slight expert and toasted astringency, with wild but soft and full -bodied tannins. Very prolonged fat end, with balance, elegance and persistence.

Manual harvest, degummed and fermented grapes with thermal control in a small volume stainless steel mill with a moderate mechanical step. Malolactic fermentation in new barrels selected from French oak in an air-conditioned environment, followed by a stage in new barrels for wine-wood integration, 18 months. After a gentle filtration, the wine was bottled and rested for thinning for 12 months in the basement. This wine was made from grapes from the oldest vineyards in the region of Borba, with two of the most emblematic and representative grape varieties of the region, Trincadeira and Alicante Bouschet, settled in shale soils. Color grenade with red nuance. Good aromatic intensity, with emphasis on forest fruits, chocolate, tobacco and toast. Flavor soft, with freshness, texture of strong tannins and oily to black fruits and spices. Silky, prolonged and persistent finish of great elegance. Contains Sulfites.
