Manual harvest in plot at 600 meters of altitude. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, at a temperature between 15 to 18ºC. Aged with battonage in vats for 1 year in order to gain volume in the mouth and provide the wine with a natural stability, without adding external products. Bright and attractive golden color. With notes of yellow pulp fruit, it also denotes some dehydrated fruit, always on a fresh background that shows its origin well. Beautiful in the mouth, with the same notes of the nose, reaching with some more tropical notes with the opening. Long finish, allowing to perceive a mixture of sensations of freshness, minerality and honey tones. Contains sulfites.

The Soalheiro Mineral Rose can be enjoyed as an excellent and relaxed aperitif, very adapted to the current tendency to consume wine by the glass, but also proves perfect to harmonize with lighter dishes such as salads, fish or seafood. One of the great concerns of the Soalheiro is to produce "wines to drink with pleasure", believing in the quality and tendency to appreciate wines with a more moderate alcohol. This Soalheiro Mineral Rose manages to have persistence due to Pinot Noir and elegance due to Alvarinho with moderate alcohol of 12%. To Alvarinho produced in high altitude vineyards where the caste has a more intense, fresh and mineral dimension, the Soalheiro has joined the Pinot Noir variety, also produced in the region and which presents a more aromatic and elegant dimension. Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Manual selection of grapes on a sorting mat. After destemming and crushing, the different varieties are vinified individually in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, with maceration being considered appropriate for their characteristics. After malolactic fermentation, part of the batch aged in French oak barrels for about 20 months, and the rest in stainless steel vats. its gently floral and fruity components, and its lush and dense structure in the mouth, refreshed by the fluidity and delicacy of Alfrocheiro. A set in which the notes of French oak wood where it was aged are very well integrated. Contains sulfites.
Crasto Superior Red

The grapes, from our Quinta da Cabreira, in the Douro Superior, were transported in food plastic boxes and subjected to rigorous sorting at the entrance to the cellar. After a complete destemming and a slight crushing, the must was transferred to fermentation vats in stainless steel with controlled temperature. It aged in French oak barrels, where it remained for about 12 months. With a deep violet color, fresh aromas of wild Douro fruits stand out on the nose, very well integrated with soft notes of spice. Starts the mouth tasting in a harmonious way, evolving into a wine of great volume and compact structure, composed of tannins with dense texture. It ends with great elegance, freshness and persistence. Contains Sulfites.
