Manual harvest in plot at 600 meters of altitude. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, at a temperature between 15 to 18ºC. Aged with battonage in vats for 1 year in order to gain volume in the mouth and provide the wine with a natural stability, without adding external products. Bright and attractive golden color. With notes of yellow pulp fruit, it also denotes some dehydrated fruit, always on a fresh background that shows its origin well. Beautiful in the mouth, with the same notes of the nose, reaching with some more tropical notes with the opening. Long finish, allowing to perceive a mixture of sensations of freshness, minerality and honey tones. Contains sulfites.

Hand harvested batch of 95% Aragonez and 5% Antão Vaz. After destemming, the grapes go to marble vats where alcoholic fermentation takes place and traditional foot treading is carried out followed by a 10-month aging period in amphora. Red color, deep, clean and bright. Exuberant aroma of fresh wild berries, black cherry, wet clay and some balsamic notes. It is dense in the mouth, with a smooth attack and an intense finish, with the presence of the characteristic tannins of Aragonez.

After a selection in the vineyard, a second selection was made at the selection table. All the wine was fermented in a press with 50% of the stems, with a foot treading system. The wine aged for 20 months in French oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation took place. Charme Bairrada is a light wine in color, where it shows a vibrant and very complex nose, with notes of green tea leaves, from the stalk, earthy clay/limestone notes. In the mouth, fresh and still very young, it has a good acidity and elegant tannins for Baga, with a long, fresh finish that shows the terroir. Contains sulfites.
