Smooth filtration before bottling. It presents a deep ruby color, aromatically very intense, menthol, chocolate, red and black fruits. The smooth and very elegant attack with black fruit, eucalyptus flavor and lots of freshness. Persistent. Contains Sulfites.

Guru Vinha da Calçada White is a wine that speaks of the land and time, coming from a century-old vineyard located at an altitude of 600 meters. This unique wine is the result of a harmonious mix of indigenous grape varieties, rooted in granite soil, which give the wine its distinct essence. Carefully fermented and aged in foudre, it was bottled in 2022, capturing the true expression of its terroir.
On the nose, it is delicate, with notes of white citrus fruit that promise freshness. Fermentation in stainless steel vats (controlled temperature to preserve the aromatic matrix). It spent 2 years in a stainless steel tank. After bottling, it remained resting for 6 months in a controlled humidity and temperature environment (10/14 ºC). Notes of black pepper and black fruits, plum and blackberries. Intense, impressive on the nose. Fine tannins, strong astringency. Structured wine, excellent freshness and long finish. Aging potential. Contains sulfites.

Nuno Aguiar and António Olazabal Ferreira launched this wine called Beret, with an original and appealing label. It is the first in a series of wines that the duo began to produce in Douro and Trás-os-Montes, under the Portugal Boutique Winery project. A white made with the varieties Viosinho, Rabigato and Códega de Larinho, with notes of citrus and white flowers. In the mouth it is very fresh, balanced and with a very elegant finish.

Quinta de Ventozelo Essência Red

Manual harvest, starting at the end of September, with careful selection of grapes. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes underwent a double selection: manual and using an optical sorting machine, which selects berry by berry according to their size and shape. After an initial cold maceration, fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature followed. 18 months in 500 liter French oak barrels (50% new and 50% used). This wine has a deep ruby color. Aromatic complex, with a predominance of black and ripe red fruit aromas, involved with a smoky touch, as a result of the long aging in barrels. In the mouth it is vibrant, with fruit and tannins. It finishes in a persistent and slightly spicy tasting, revealing great aging potential. Contains sulfites.

Ribeiro Santo Encruzado Magnum White

The grapes, exclusively from the Encruzado variety, were harvested manually in the second week of September for small boxes of 18 kg, according to a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The decanted and pressed grape must decanted at low temperature in small stainless steel tanks for 48 hours. After being cleaned it was fermented in French oak barrels of 500L. During the fermentation was done battonage, the wine remained in the barrels for another 5 months. Color clear, with greenish citrus lavas. Delicate aroma with notes of lemon, green apple and dried linden flower. In the mouth we find the same fresh fruit and the typical crusty minerality in balance with fresh acidity.
