Wine of opaque color, with vibrant tones of charged violet. Excellent intensity and aromatic elegance, with predominant notes of stems, black chocolate and fresh spice, which together give great complexity, depth and persistence. Fresh and elegant top of the mouth, which evolves into a large volume wine of solid structure, composed of silky tannins of fine texture. The retronasal aroma is composed of a distinct complexity of balsamic aromas, where they emphasize notes of fresh spice and spice, in perfect harmony with vibrant notes of wild berries of the Douro. It ends in a pleasant set of excellent persistence. A distinguished wine, of great power and elegance, that could evolve in bottle for many years. Contains Sulfites.

The grapes were harvested by caste and field, and at the time a rigorous qualitative selection was carried out. After gentle destemming and pressing, the grapes were transported by gravity to small stainless steel vats with temperature control, where they were vinified, caste to caste. The alcoholic fermentation occurred for about 8 days at an average temperature of about 27 ° C. 40% of the wine aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels of 225 liters, with the rest staged in stainless steel vats. After stage it was subjected to a light glue and filtration before bottling and was bottled without stabilization treatment by cold, which can cause the formation of deposit during its aging in bottle. Intense ruby ??color with violet tint. Aroma with presence of ripe red fruits, floral notes typical of Touriga Nacional. Balsamic character with fresh menthol notes. Mouth with excellent volume and integrated structure, very balanced acidity in a harmonious and long finish. Contains Sulfites.

The grapes were harvested manually into small boxes of 20 kg, with selection in the vineyard. The composition of the blend varies with the production of each variety in the vineyard. After total destemming, the grapes go to a traditional granite mill, where they macerate for about 48 hours, with temperature control. Fermentation is slow, under controlled temperature, and pumping over is done by foot treading. This wine ages for 1 year in used 225 and 500L French oak barrels. It presents a deep ruby color, with lilac hints. Complex aroma, with notes of wild berries and spices, showing a very present Touriga Nacional and well integrated barrel notes. In the mouth it is full and ripe, with firm but satin tannins. Contains Sulfites.
