Manual harvest, during the month of September, with careful selection of grapes. The grapes were received at the winery, in the special line, with total destemming and manual selection of bunches and later “berry by berry” by an optical sorting machine. The vinification took place in a press, with pre and post fermentation maceration and dynamic temperature control. 12 months in 500 liter French oak barrels. Presents intense ruby color. In the aroma, ripe fruit stands out, involved by spicy notes, especially black pepper, acquired by aging in wood. When tasting, this wine is balanced, with no overlapping of tannins. Structured, full, with lively acidity. Long finish, with a balsamic touch. Contains sulfites.

This Superior red aged in French oak barrels for between 16 and 18 months. It has a lively ruby color and complex aroma, large volume, lively acidity, very well integrated, and finely cut tannins. Its finish is very long, elegant and highly harmonious. Edition of 6000 bottles. Contains sulfites.

Post Scriptum DOC Red
The grapes are picked by hand prior to destemming and there is an automated selection process. These are gently crushed before being transferred to the fermentation in the vats where they are inoculated with a specially selected yeast culture and fermented at 25 ° C. During fermentation, the wines are gently macerated with the ability to mature in the bottle. Post Scriptum DOC features a deep ruby color, appealing ripe plum scents. Bulky and well structured body. Very elegant tannins, presenting a very fresh and long-lasting finish. It is ready to drink but reveals a high potential for aging. Contains Sulfites.

Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels. Selection of grapes in the cut and transport in boxes directly to the cellar. Winemaking with crushing.
