Maria Izabel Sublime Red
The harvested grapes rested for 24 hours in a refrigerated container at 8º C in order to protect the integrity of the bunches. Followed by selection on a mat of choice, 30% with destemmed and 70% whole bunch were introduced into the vat, allowing the extraction of color compounds and aromas more smoothly during 3 days of alcoholic fermentation totally in stainless steel vats, being bled from each vat. a small volume of must completing both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in used French oak barrels. Wine with an open ruby color, primary aromas of rockrose involved by notes of forest fruits in a set of fine cut, light fresh spice. In the mouth seductive with freshness, elegance, light salty, long – Burgundy Inspired Wine. Contains sulfites.
Quinta Vale Dona Maria Vinha do Rio Magnum Red
The Quinta Vale Dona Maria Vinha do Rio is a wine with an intense color, with nuances of violet, purple and dark red. This wine has a complexity and an impressive elegance, that only a vine of 100 years can confer to a wine. There is a certain mature attitude of this wine, which shows aromas of raspberries, plums and black cherries, combined with fresh notes of stew, no taste too obvious direct, but which appears with an elegant discretion as one drinks wine and it evolves in the glass. Casa Ferreirinha Vinha Grande White
Vinha Grande Branco has a bright citrus color. Its aroma reveals good complexity, with white fruits such as pears and melons, stone fruits such as peaches and apricots, light floral notes and discrete wood, very well integrated. In the mouth has a good volume, balanced acidity that gives it good freshness, once again present notes of white fruits as well as the wood very well wrapped. Its end is long and harmonious.
