Quinta da Alameda Reserva Especial 3L Red
109,99 €
The grapes were harvested manually, to small 18kg boxes, according to a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The alcoholic fermentation lasted about 15 days, with gentle maceration for a good extraction of colors and aromas. After fermentation and post fermentation maceration, it was transferred to new French oak barrels from the Bertrange and Tronçais forests where the malo lactic fermentation took place. It remained 12 months in barrels and a minimum of 12 months in bottle, in fresh cellar. Violet red color with aromas of black fruit, blackberry, blueberries, slight hints of spices, cocoa. The harmoniously integrated barrel does not hide the fruit. In the mouth is a dry wine, with well-marked tannins in harmony with a good acidity, which makes it an elegant wine with a long finish. Contains Sulfites.
