Quinta da Alameda Reserva Especial 3L Red
109,99 €
The grapes were hand-harvested into small 18kg boxes, following a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. Alcoholic fermentation lasted around 15 days, with gentle maceration for good extraction of colour and aromas. After fermentation and post-fermentation maceration, the wine was racked into new French oak barrels from the forests of Bertrange and Tronçais, where malolactic fermentation took place. It remained 12 months in barrels and a minimum of 12 months in bottle, in a cool cellar. Violet-red colour, with aromas of black fruit, wild blackberries, blueberries, light notes of spices, cocoa. The barrel is harmoniously integrated, without masking the fruit. On the palate, it is a dry wine, with well-defined tannins in harmony with good acidity, which makes it an elegant wine with a long finish.
Contains sulphites.
